The food in buffet areas was not hot.. sometimes stone cold!

All inclusive drinks package. Loved the hammocks in the water and little jetty We got a last minute discount on this property I’m guessing due to some noisy renovations.. with the food not up to scratch ( served cold) I would not have been happy if I had paid full price

The cleaner Ester did not cleaned the room properly as some days there was sand on the floor and the towels were not changed, in fact i had to go to reception to get new ones. The activities were not consistent as some days they did not happened, not sure why

Variety of food and good entertainment activities throughout the day. It was a very nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is very beautiful, with amazing food, super tasty and varied. I need to say that waitress Gabriela is the best as she is super nice, is always smiling and very good professional. The entertainer guy, Ivan is super good at his job, he is very engaging and funny. The activities during the say are very cool! The bartender guy at the pool bar, Alejandro is very funny and is always smiling. Really liked his personality. Lastly, the caracol travel promoters are super helpful and have great deals for the xcaret tours. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, definitely recommend and would come back again! :)

The mattress had a few dips so I woke up with a few back pains but other than that great rest as the bed was clean and always made up.

The variety of food available was really good, they also have fruits and desserts. I loved the open bar concept and drinks were readily available.

The bed wasn't clear completely. Besides the sea in front the hotel was small and not deep.

Very nice size… not a huge multilevel complex - low-rise with pleasant balcony rooms - good showers - comfortable beds. Excellent beach and attentive staff around pool and bar areas. Enjoyed the Japanese night in the bookable restaurant.

The biggest con of this hotel is the food.

Personal was great, rooms were pretty good and always clean (room service every day), location is perfect if you want to visit downtown Cancun.

The food was terrible!! I didn't enjoy any of the meals they served. Not much choice for a pescatarian. The pictures on the website are deceiving, the drinks weren't top-shelf water down all the time. There's no beach. It's a shallow smelly Bay. I will not return or recommend staying at Cancun Bay All-inclusive.

The hotel is quite small, if you consider staying more than 2 days without going out it would not be enough. The food and drink limitation is quite annoying, alcohol is only served from 12:30 to 23, the food schedule and restaurant reservation is quite limited too. They try their best to keep up with allergies towards food, nevertheless always count of cross contamination as there is a buffet and especially when drinking mixed alcohol beverages. We complained about that as my husband had some gluten poisoning and they didn't care about it, not even noticed it down for future guests. The pool was always dirty, even the pool guy was always trying his best to clean everything up. The beach is almost non-existent, really close to the catamaran and small boat port, where it sometimes smells really bad despite the daily seaweed cleaning. The walls between each room were almost paper, we could hear everything from the next rooms and the sound from the pool activities. We also paid for a sea view from the room nevertheless we were assigned to the room in front of the outside restaurant where the smell came through even with the balcony closed. The check out is at 12 and you can only stay in their facilities until 15 and the late check out is insanely expensive, no chance to take a shower after 12. Towels for the pool are not always available and you might have to wait to get the clean ones. Pool activities are quite repetitive and really loud music if you stay in the outside pool. There are not enough hammocks and parasols for everyone, and it might be really hot and with direct sun with no shadow in central hours. Avoid the restaurants in the rush hour, as the waiters cannot handle that many people and you might be waiting for your drink or a free table for a while.

Great location nearby Cancun center (about 25 min from airport). Small hotel with nice staff, clean rooms and two swimming pools, one just nearby the beach with some "jacuzzi" area with bar, and the other inside the hotel with more calm vibes. Comfortable room, always with clean towels refill of shampoo/conditioner. AC working properly -at least in our room, we hear about other rooms without it-. We had some problem with the balcony door but the handy man came in about a second and fixed it. There are plenty of stores nearby to buy essentials, as well as a bus stop that carries you to the city center or beach areas. The gym is quite small but well be equipped, if you find a spot.

Food could have been hotter. That's about it!

Lots of negative reviews which initially discouraged me but so happy I didn't allow that put me off. No it's not the Ritz but you're not paying Ritz prices. You actually get a hell of a lot for your money! Drinks are NOT watered down. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Comfortable beds. Some form of entertainment each night. And location is pretty spot on being relatively close to everywhere!

The pool bar is not always open, so you have to go inside to the other bar for drinks.

The rooms are comfortable, the facilities clean and well maintained, and the food was great! This is real value for money with a great location. We especially enjoyed the Mexican Espectacula on Friday evening.

Our standard king size bed room was very small and there was not a lot of variety of foods offered or entertainment options. This resort is more so for relaxation.

Be prepared not to be so welcomed if you not give tips all the time to some of the staff members. Moreover, it’s a very family place, so you may prefer other hotel if you are traveling with friends.
