Not a Hostel issue but know that the Internet has a bit of difficulty at times on the island. The owners cared very much about this and provided a few internet addresses but the high traffic periods that the island encounters were beyond their control. A suggestion for something I think could be evaluated is noise in the common room after a certain hour (10pm?). some of the local folks would have very loud conversations well into the night and the noise goes right into the sleeping rooms. I think this is an easy fix though and I throughly enjoyed staying at this Hostel.

The location of this Hostal was perfect! Easy walk to everything in the center and the ferry port. The staff was Super nice! The family there was also extremely nice! The bed was very comfortable as well!

The local people living in the house are amazing. It was so great to practice some Spanish... And when I left the hostel one of them even drove me to my new destination. Thank you for everything! 😊

For the price it’s not that nice. It’s comfortable and clean but it’s small and the bathroom it’s not that new or value worthy. It’s quiet but they need to clean the common places in the hotel. Try to act like you care.

The cleaning was not good, they never changed our sheets or towels. And the shower was very dirty.

Very nice place, good atmosphere and the staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful rooms and lounge area outside. Close to the beach and restaurants.

the photos are kind of misleading - the rooms are pretty dark (at least mine was), but it didn’t bother me too much cause I didn’t spend a lot of time there. however, the bathroom really could have been a lot cleaner, also saw a cockroach in there. the worst thing was the wifi though

Bathroom was extremely dirty , with crusty stuck in the walls. No kitchen, but one refrigerator.

Comfy beds, the guy from Cuba in there reception is super kind and friendly. Potable water to drink from a filter.

I was surprised there was no kitchen, a pity seeing how expensive the food is on the island. A couple of bowls were provided, but we had to clean everything in the room's bathroom so not exactly practical. They did provide a fridge, but that was it. It was also quite hard to socialise because the common area wasn't really set in a way to ensure it. All in all it was a decent place, but too expensive for what it is.

The location was excellent, close to the town center and ferry port. The staff was really nice and the room was decent.

It looks like they don't really know what they are doing. I think they took over the place. But the place is not in a good state. Molt on the walls, they don't clean proper. ATTENTION! THE LOCKERS ARE FAKE. no backside. So consider what you lock in.. Some mattresses are good, most are not. The bunk beds can crack any moment.. I have never given a bad review before, but sorry had to be honest

Stayed several days and enjoyed having just basic room. Shower head in small dorm was cleaned so had good water pressure. Blankets available if AC too cold. Argentinean volunteer very friendly and speaks good English.

Shower is only a trickle of water. Does get hot if run it long enough.

Good location only a few blocks to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Not for party people, it is small . Basic, bed, small lockers for valuables (bring your lock) towel. No kitchen but you can use fridge in reception. Filtered water except when it runs out.
