The bathroom is small and the lighting is not bright enough. The water from shower room doesn’t go down quickly. The WiFi is quite bad, even through the host provided me another wifi but still didn’t work properly.

The building is nice and the terrace is quite lovely with a view.

The concrete block walls reverberate all noise. There were barking dogs within the building. Doors slammed. The noise was much louder than typical.

The area is not so close to the main Chapultepec area. Not a lot to see around the area. The door QR Code may be a bit confusing at first.

The apts are spacious and modernly styled. The bedrooms and bathrooms were located down below and were perfect for sleeping because there was no sunlight. There was a mid-sized gym and a cozy workspace area up top. We only saw one person during our stay here.

Very helpful and responsive service, very clean, comfortable beds, within easy wslking distance of great food and public transport. Washing machine and dryer was really useful too. Gym was great too. Lovely morning sun thru big window with views of gorgeous tree and city.

They should pay attention to the cleaning service. The neighborhood around the building is not 100% safe to walk around at night, but thats Mexico at night.

Close to historical center. Safe gate, safe digital door key. Good room for its value. Good communication with landlord and staff. It is a good place to stay. Quiet space and zone at night.

It was disappointing that WiFi was a little unreliable (both in apartment and co-working space) as this was a stay specifically chosen for remote working.

Lovely apartment that was perfectly positioned for sightseeing. Really comfortable and well equipped place.

The sofa full of dog's hair. Pillows in the small bedroom unwashed and full of the same hair. We asked for a change of pillows and it was only done the next day. No word of ,,sorry" whatsoever... We also asked for a refill of soaps and shower gels cause they were empty. Some got refilled, some remained empty. There's ONE roll of toilet paper 😂 The water in the shower gets cold after 2 minutes. Then the boiler does weird sounds and smells like gas. There is not one cloth or towel in the kitchen. Main bedroom doesn't have enough ligt and bedside lamp doesn't work. Overall the loft is very dark and quite cold with no direct sunlight. The place tries to be cool and modern but you can see it is managed from afar and with zero attention to detail. I wouldn't write all of this here, but they sent an automated text msg from USA asking for comments about the flat, I replied and had no answer :D To enter you need to download an app which is a bit annoying, plus they never registered phone numbers of my companions, so I was the only one able to open the door. If your phone dies you have no way of entering the building.

The main issue with this place is that the Wifi is not good. Despite them having a dedicated co-working area, inexplicably the WiFi is not fast enough for video calls and will keep dropping out. We spent around $40 US on phone data to be able to join work calls during the week we were there. The building entry system (via the ParkMovil app) is a bit temperamental and we couldn't get it to open the parking gates to leave on the last day. The kitchen is a bit lacking in utensils (there is not a sharp knife for preparing meat and vegetables, or oven gloves for removing hot dishes from the oven, for example). We flagged this on the second day and were told they were looking into it, but nothing ever appeared. They were supposed to fix a bedside lamp that was found to be broken on arrival, but never did. We also ran out of toilet paper, and despite asking the cleaning team twice, none was ever provided so we ended up buying our own.

The apartment we stayed in (403) was really lovely. It has a large living area with a good-sized kitchen and dining table on the main level, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level and a private roof terrace on the upper level. There is also a lovely communal terrace outside the coworking area with comfortable seating. The showers are great, with loads of hot water.The location is great, you can walk to many places in the historic centre and if you want to use the subway, you can reach a stop within a 10-minute walk. The block has secure underground parking.

The lighting was very low, especially downstairs. Cleanliness upon arrival could have been a bit more thorough. The wifi was very unreliable so that probably needs to be addressed.

Great location! We had a rental car but walked everywhere. Nice furnishings and feel. beautiful coworking space. Nice, albeit basic gym. Amazing private balcony on the top floor with a view of the city.

More lighting would be nice in bedroom and bathroom. Elevator was on maintenance for a day. Construction during the day, but it's Mexico, it's either construction or loud music wherever I stayed, even in jungles of Chiapas no total tranquility.

Ultra modern stylish loft with lots of room. Nice terraces everywhere. Comfortable beds and hot water! The most comfortable stay in my 3 weeks stay in Mexico! We ran into some issues and they were addressed promptly! Great communication with owners! Would return if I ever come back.

Had some difficulties trying to reach the host, the access code for the door didn’t work had to call someone who gave it to me over the phone but never gave it to me written so I couldn’t leave as I didn’t have it until next day. I tried to stay one additional day but extended time in response it was imposible to coordinate it. I stayed around 5 days but there was no cleaning done during the stay. Finally I went in may and Guadalajara was around 30C average even at night, the facilities don’t have a fan or air conditioner so it’s important to consider since the building remains super hot all day.
