The apartment was perfect, very calm and spacious, but still in a near proximity of main street. Also the pool was great to refresh at the end of the day. The owners were very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend it to anyone who visits Tulum.

It's just a suggestion: for guests staying more than 2 nights, have available a broom and spare garbage bags.

We stayed during Hurricane Beryl. Casa Elda was well-prepared before the event and minimized the guests' discomfort. They allowed us to park our RV in front of the main door, avoiding potential damage from fallen trees, branches, or other sources. The location is great: a 10-minute walk from the main supermarket and restaurants, and at the same time in a very quiet neighborhood.

Shower was sometimes a little cold and the location is a bit farther away from central town with more shop and food options. Otherwise amazing!

I was so impressed with the nice, thoughtful, and helpful staff. They helped us arrange bike pickups and checked in with us to make sure we were having a great stay. The property is beautiful. Definitely would recommend this hotel, make sure to check out the juice bar right next door for the best breakfast!

The big window next to the door doesn't lock. There isn't a safe to put documents or cash in.

Convenient location if you're wanting to go to the Cenotes. Americas car rental just 3 blocks away. They have great reviews. I loved the rooftop deck, you can get an idea of the culture just from looking over the rooftop.

Downstairs rooms have no balcony or ptivate outdoor space. Nowhere to dry you bathing clothes and towels. Jacuzzi on the roof was not operational.

There are only 5 sunbeds around the property, sometimes we would not have access to them due to them being taken early in the morning. The apartment only got cleaned once in our 9 day stay - I think it would be good to at least have the bins emptied more frequently.

The rooms are great - great access to air conditioning and huge, comfortable beds. The smart TVs are a great touch! I really enjoyed the free drinking water around the property for guests. The team at Casa Elda were so helpful with all our questions about Tulum. Great wifi also.

The hot tub was not hot at all. it appeared that the heater was not working. The lamp next to the bed in room 11 was not working. Also the 3 floors basically ran out of aqua pura and were still waiting for a delivery instead of just having someone go across the street and buy a new large container for at least one of the floors.

The pool and the roof deck were nice! The hot tub was on the roof deck which was cool. And there was space on the roof deck to do yoga and exercises in the morning. By chance I met the building manager on the roof deck and he was able to get the light fixture in my bathroom fixed for me.

In our room there was a little smell because the AC was leaking and the wall of stone doesn't like that ofcourse. But on top of that everything was great.

The property was stunning with a beautiful and relaxing garden with enough space to hangout, relax en chill by the pool! We also liked the small kitchen in our appartement but we also used the shared kitchen because it was a little bigger. Everything was clean and it is close to the center which is really nice

Modern, Tasteful decor, located close to many restaurants and a couple of big supermarkets in downtown Tulum, two large comfortable beds, kitchenette was great for making breakfast/lunch, the pool area was great with sunloungers, hammocks and shaded areas to relax in. The best thing about Casa Elda is Julie! She is super helpful, warm and friendly and helped us out a lot with arranging our itenary for our time in Tulum, nothing was too much trouble! All the staff at casa elda were lovely in fact, always welcoming with a smile, this accommodation is such good value too! Book up you won’t regret it!

Could use more places to hang towels etc after swimming.

Would definetly stay here again. The place had great common areas. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is no reception but they replied quickly to messages. Kitchen was basic but functional. Good shower.
