Very noise at night. People coming mid night making a lot of noise, turning on the light outside. They should install blackout shades in the windows

Unfortunately we had a bad episode during our stay with people from another room putting super loud music very late night so, having somebody from the staff on site would have been good

The sewage smell coming from the bathroom was often overwhelming. No window in room except a small one in bath. Stains on the sheets and blood on the mattress pad. I think they were clean but who knows? Would have liked a cup/glass or something to drink out of. No hot water on my last morning.

Location was great— staff was helpful and patient. Strong wifi signal, smart TV with all the streaming stations, amazing A/C. Water in the fridge.

the front door opens very loudly, the sound can be heard in the rooms, very poor soundproofing of the rooms, most of the rooms have no windows

The door of the room vas very thin, its not a proper door but more a separator Window on the hallway I liked the extra closed door for more safety before arriving to the rooms

Although everything looks very new, the bathroom looks like it's not as new as the rest. But everything worked fine and was tidy.

Great location right next to the main square. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice interior. Hosts are very easy going, friendly and helpful for questions.

During our stay in the hotel, the second night the hotel went in black out. Air conditioning, toilet and all the other commodities shut down with +30-35 C outside. Taking into account there were no windows from the room pointing outside of hotel (be careful about it, there are 2 rooms like this, with windows pointing to CORRIDOR), it was a tough night to go through and very challenging morning. Hotel put no efforts to ease the situation and refused any kind assistance or reimbursement.

The room was very dark because the window is not looking outside but in the corridor!So you can't even have the blinds open because people are walking by! The bathroom was smelly but so are the streets and every bathroom in the restaurants in Bacalar so there is probably a problem in the town.

the bedroom door is made of frosted glass. it’s right in front of the bed and I can see shadows of people walking past all day and night. it’s very uncomfortable even for a single person, I would definitely not recommend for couples. because even if you are moving in your room, people can see you.

Nothing to complain about!

Very cute new hotel, very close to the main market and the laguna. Despite being close to the action, the street is actually very quiet. Comfy beds, nice interior, loely owners and great tacoreira up the street!
