The staff was really nice, from the moment we arrived they gave us a good feeling. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we stayed during Halloween’s weekend, we didn’t feel any noise. Location is great, close to anything you need in Rome.

There was no coffee machine as well as no iron in the room. The floor of the room was dirty - the room was swept, but not mopped.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are spacious and the location is great.

It was nice to always be greeted by the front desk but the door bell buzzer as the only way to get in was loud and inconvenient late at night. I got used to it and it wasn't much of a nuisance most of the time but surely there is a better way.

Wonderful location in Roma Norte, walkable to many amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, and parks. Front desk and all staff was helpful and courteous. It's all in the details and nice touches. They give you homemade mexican soap at check in with treats, baked good, soft drinks always available. The decor is amazing and all done by Mexican artists. It was noisy at times due to the setup and small size of the property but the white noise machines are provided and it really helped with that.

This is our second time to stay and NaNa Vida and we love it. Rooms are spacious and decorated with amazing art pieces. Location is perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

The more expensive rooms (e.g. 2 and 8) sit above the bars/restaurants downstairs. We had to move up a floor on the second day as the music from downstairs meant we didn't sleep well. Unless you're a very deep sleeper, I really wouldn't recommend those rooms. Also, the hallway is echoes noise around the hotel - the door buzzer, people chatting at reception, doors slamming. The place could do with more soft furnishing or sound insulation.

Fantastic location in the centre of Roma Norte. Loads of bars, restaurants and cafés nearby. The team are super friendly and helpful. The more expensive rooms are huge and have a large ensuite bathroom. Comfortable beds and fast wifi.

Small thing: I didn't like the shower head.

The hotel is very well decorated and considerate of guest comfort. The staff felt more like friends or associates than staff. The art inside the hotel was great. Ear plugs were left out for us and made a big difference in a good sleep. The staff member Michelle helped me sort out a confusion with Booking.com and did it with kindness and genuine wish to help! Thank you Michelle.

Nice charming hotel in a good location in Roma Norte with good attention to detail. The room was nice and charming with a good bathroom/shower. Free water/drinks were a good bonus and the hotel has a nice rooftop. The area is great with coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The staff including Alex and another gentleman and woman were so gracious and helpful. They greeted us with soap gifts that were locally made which they wrapped in front of us. When we left, they also gave us parting gifts. They couldn't have been more hospitable. Anything we needed was granted.

I suggest getting a room on the second floor, we were on the first floor near the check in desk and could hear people coming and going. But it was not a deal-breaker and they did thoughtfully provide earplugs :)

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the art was vibrant and fun. The neighborhood is amazing with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and cafes. I would for sure stay here again!

King sized bed was really wide, but short. Either my legs dangled off the edge of the bed, or I needed to sleep diagonal.

Friendly hotel staff. Safe. Entrance is staffed 24x7, and you need to be buzzed in to enter. Wonderful hospitality and amenities. Thoughtful snacks and surprises that left a wonderful memory of CDMX. Quiet rooms, and many areas to lounge around including the atrium and rooftop.

Had a lovely welcome by a nice receptionist. We got offered really nice soap. But the room was even more. Amazingly spacious and they have thought about everything in detail. Good art en great beds and perfectly located. Loved everything about it.

It wasn’t an issue for us, but be aware there are lots of stairs up to the rooms. People will help with bags if needed but might be challenging for some.

We had a lovely stay at Nana Vida CDMX. The hotel location is perfect for walking around in a safe neighbourhood with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The service was impeccable, staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel amenities such as homemade soap, snack area and rooftop were also really cool. Overall the atmosphere is artsy, hip and modern.

Such a gem in Mexico City! The decoration of the hotel was modern but welcoming and cozy. Great use of natural materials and of traditional Mexican art. I loved how this hotel supports local artists by leveraging their pieces to decor the spaces. Super well located, in a very safe area of Mexico City. As a female solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable all the time. The staff was also top notch. Super helpful. Also, so kind, they gave me a bar of natural soap and a traditional Mexican vest. Super spoiled.

I loved everything!

This was probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were so kind and generous—I loved the little touches that made us feel so welcome (the handmade soap, the homemade cookies, the mezcal, the bottled water). They even put some leftovers in their fridge for us and heated them up the next day!
