There parking situation was a fiasco. I paid 300 pesos for parking because the hotel’s 5 spaces were used up. That is what I was told the first night. The second night I came back to hotel to park, had to park in a paid lot, walk to hotel for someone to escort me to their parking lot. We walk to my car and that lot has closed its doors and my car is stuck in side. Total waist of my time and money.

Very nice hotel a historical building, very clean and a lot of space. Recomend for families. The stuff is nice and helpful. Location is in center, but in hotel is very quiet.. We had a great time.

Rooms are stuffy, and smell of mold. Could use an extractor fan in the bathroom, as there's no window. The morning of my arrival, at 8 am, they sent a message saying I needed to confirm the room or they would cancel, despite me having confirmed my arrival time already the week before (10 days before my arrival, but after I had booked). I had no internet for hours and by the time I got the message (around 3 pm), I was quite worried they would cancel the reservation. Fortunately I was able to send a reply and I didn't lose the room. They sent the message at 8 am, and I was planning to arrive at 5-6 pm (not in the middle of the night), so it seems like a very weird practice - and not very transparent.

Great position, in the middle of the historic centre, and walking distance from most of the main attractions. The hotel is an old colonial house, very pretty.

The hotel has a beautiful patio and the staff was very nice. The room was perfect for a short stay with friends. It has a big shower and the amenities were clean. Towels were provided and the bed was comfortable.

The swimming pool is very small and not really worth it. The booking said it included the option of breakfast but it actually meant a coupon to the restaurant across the street. There are many breakfast restaurant options in the area so we chose another one.

The hotel is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice. Location is perfect, in the middle of a lovely part of town. Good value for money.

It's very stylish, especially the small garden in the middle. The room is quite big, every facility is good to use, they have people to clean your room every day. The front desk person are very nice and helpful. You could even have the laundry service with a fair price.

The water pressure for the shower could be stronger, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

Very pretty colors, the layout was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very much in the center of the city. They gave us water everyday.

Would have been nice to have had a mini fridge and kettle as an optional extra in the room. Staff kindly allowed us to use their fridge for keeping water cold.

Ideal position for exploring the historical Centro area, very close to the central plaza and cathedral, and nice walk to Plaseo de Montejo Visited in May so very hot and was great to have use of a pool. The staff were very helpful.

if you have bags with heavy load and your room is upstairs, it is uncomfortable because you need to carry them on your own. i don’t recommend the breakfast, was really bad and it is placed in another hotel.

My Garden view was a corridor. Had to keep the blinds closed for privacy, which made the otherwise nice room dingey. Lots of mosquitos too.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside. Can't say the same about our room. Parking was not within the hotel compound and it was located about 2 blocks away. Had to walk there every time. The room was a little musty. A little expensive for what it's worth.
