We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe shower handle fall when l was in the shower. try to put it back or just turn down the hot water. And the sink was dirty. I don't know if they forgot cleaning oh the water was dirty because look like brown and greasy.

GermanyThe breakfast has little choices and very boring after 4 days or so, but we only paid what a budge hotel would ask for, and so we are totally happy with it. Just 50m from the hotel is La Sierra Thiessens with great food. The only other thing is the water pressure in the shower, or differently put, the lack of water pressure, as well as the temperature of the water I couldn't figure out how to regulate.
Great location, nice people, clean and comfortable. Room service is great. For what we paid we are not to complain about anything.

United States of AmericaCheck in was a disaster I booked two rooms and I was asked for a “guest name” However, during check-in they could not find my two rooms. They argued I only had one room. It wasn’t until I realized that the second room was in the “guest’s name” that they gave me my second broom. The first room smelled. There were only two towels one hand towel and zero wash towels. In addition, there were stains in the walls. The front desk insisted that she put wristbands on the guests for the pool. We went to the pool and it smells like urine and it was cold in the Jacuzzi so we turned on the bubbles and an employee came and told us that we should not have the bubbles running if we were not in the Jacuzzi. The pool area was not clean there were chunks of hair on the floor. I went to the restroom and it appeared there were twin women’s restrooms. However when I opened one door it was empty except for a pool chair. It reeked of urine. There were not any pool towels at the pool I had to come to the front desk to request them. I was only given one voucher for breakfast even though I had two rooms. A male employee set up a chair outside of the pool. Another male employee joined him. They sat in the atrium chatting for about an hour instead of working in the Propert. The pool towels are frayed and there is damage on the wall in the pool room.
The beds are comfortable.
