The market, drink and restaurant prices were high, but that is to be expected at a quality resort. Unfortunately, for a couple of days we were near a unit that had occupants that while on their balcony were loud and routinely yelling to folks at the pool area.

The hotel/condo complex was within walking distance of the harbor and downtown and yet far enough away so that you did not hear all the noise at night. The Estancia appearance and grounds were first class, and the staff was super polite and helpful. The two-bedroom condo (unit 2405) was spacious and had a large balcony. The furniture was up to date. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the balcony of the gulf/ocean was very relaxing. Also, the hotel was at most 70% occupied and had few children, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host's (not with the hotel's) representative was waiting for us at the unit and had prepared fresh guacamole, salsa and margaritas. She was very helpful, provided us with an understand of the area and town and checked on us during the week. That was GREAT!

No direct beach access due to hurricane as of Nov 2023, but you can walk down at Villa Palermo. We also chose to Uber to/from town at night because there isn’t a safe sidewalk.

Amazing pool overlooking the water with a beautiful view of the rocks. Pool and hot tubs were perfect temps, and we had no issues getting lounge chairs. Food was good but a little pricy. Rooms were huge and very nice. Well-equipped if you plan on cooking!

This is our first trip in Mexico and This place is the haven on the earth, everything is amazing, nothing to complain. We stay at beach front studio room. It is stunning view the room is very nice ,the bed is very comfy feel very relax here. I can feel the real vacation the staff very friendly and helpful this resident very security with the main gate that have to record everyone who get through the gate, it is safe here. great location by the beach and close to downtown.Definitely come and stay here for sure , I can tell it is one of my favorite residents that I ever stay. Love this place

we were never told gratuity was added to each bill so we tipped too much repeatedly- also, depending on where you eat at this resort the exchange rate changed from 16.6 to 18.8 to 20 all in the same day. also, one place charged incorrectly for the same drinks. otherwise great place but super expensive

Extremely well manicured property!! One morning I saw staff wiping doing the railing around the property and lower balconies. Beach was very nice. Staff always around making sure everything was good.

The only thing that could have been better was that the restaurant at the pool closed at 6pm - after that they didn’t serve anything…no drinks, no snacks - which just felt early.

The property was beautiful and well located. The condo was pretty and comfortable. We rented a car and it was easy to get to restaurants and places quickly.

We arrived a few hours before our check in time, so I didn't expect the room to be ready right away. But the resort had the room ready within 30 minutes of our arrival! The room was spectacular with an amazing view. And it was quiet, we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The resort is on the beach and close to any of the beach bars/restaurants which makes it extremely accessible to the fun Cabo has to offer/ I would 100% stay here again and hope to be back soon
