Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Polandit was quite small room, pool was fairly small and given it was in the shadows noone was using it

NetherlandsIt’s super noisy, in the night there’s a lot of music and people talking until the late hours. Couldnt sleep well. The pool isn’t very inviting, nor is the reception. There’s no lobby so the hotel is good to only sleep and take a (mostly cold) shower. But that’s enough for here. Holbox is great.

United Stateswhat was destined as a kitchenette had nothing but a small fridge- no freezer and no way to cook any meals. no coffee pot, pots or pans, utensils , dish cloths. there was a broken 2 burner gas hot plate but nothing to use it. towels were a bit old and all ragged on the edges. no hand towels or wash cloths. Mattress was comfortable but when I stripped the sheets on departure the mattress cover was disgusting ! no bedside lights and room was dark. the only window didn’t open and you had to keep the blind down as it was right next to the stairway where other guests would look in every time. AC worked good. Not sure if I’d stay there again / lots of other options. The best thing and that’s why I chose it was the location and they are pet friendly.
