It has everything to feel comfortable. safe and able to enjoy a relaxing stay. beautiful property, every detail is well thought through. Very clean. staff is super helpful and courteous. food was delicious and prices are good.

Maybe it was the time of year but the mosquitoes were out of control, not their fault but location would benefit from more preventative measures. Also, don’t trust google maps to find this location, we ended up in on a off roaring adventure in our rental.

location is awesome, pool and lagoon were fun and beautiful. Entire family really enjoyed the overall experience.

There is not enough room here for a family with children. Would be nice to be adult only. The road from the main highway to the hotel entrance needs a person to fill holes and make repairs. It was very bad.

The rooms and landscaping was very nice. The restaurant was adequate. The pier and kayaks were nice.

Very small improvements to a wonderful hotel ! There are two roads leading to the hotel. The one that we took on day one was terrible (recommended by Google Maps!), but the second one was better. Still bumpy, but a lot better than the other one . A notice sent by the Hotel would have been welcome ! Too bad the pontoon was privatized for our last evening, we would have liked to take the opportunity to have a last drink. Next time ! The bath honey products provided by the hotel are so pleasant, we would have liked to buy them in the small hotel shop.

We had a so lovely stay. Khaban is one of the most beautiful and idyllic places we have ever been. Both the location on the lake and the hotel are magical. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The room is very nice, big, clean and well maintained, great bathroom. The surroundings and the views are stunning. The access to the lagoon is also very beautiful, the view of the pool with the lake is really nice, there are free kayaks available, and yoga session with a lovely teacher and on an enchanting pontoon.

The remote location. no other resorts nearby allowing for a very relax and quiet stay on the lagoon. the hotel rooms were so big! awesome design, homey feeling.

Breakfast is not included and can be a bit expensive if ordering for 4 people. In general the food was good, but the quality/freshness could be improved a bit more.

This a brand new hotel, quietly located 3km from the main road. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Staff was extremely helpful and even helped us changing our booking for a sailing trip which we made online.

Wi-Fi could be better. definitely need your own car to get there. If it’s fully booked it can get crowded at the pool, and since there are family rooms too, kids take over the swim zone.

friendly staff, good service, free yoga classes (Adry is an excellent teacher), kayaking, views and sunrise. We got a great room in front but all of the buildings have a lake view so that’s nice. I’m vegetarian and found a sufficient number of options in the restaurant. Practically no mosquitoes during our stay (it was quite windy on both days). The road wasn’t as bad as described in other reviews, at least no problems with an SUV.

It’s a bit far and isolated which is great because it’s quiet, but the road is rough, they could pave a road. I think that for the price the hotel asks, breakfast could be included. And last remark, I think it should be an adult only hotel. On our first day the pool which is small, was taken by noisy children and we couldn’t enjoy it.

The rooms are very comfortable, the view espectacular and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The are a LOT of mosquitos - if you forget repellent you can buy some at the reception, but even with repellent they can bother the dining experience outside during the evening. A solution could be to have repellent coils for each of the tables at the restaurant so that dining can be more comfortable.

The hotel is off the beaten path in a quiet area (10-15 minute drive from the center of town), with its own private setting right on the lake. The restaurant menu has something for all tastes and the food and cocktails were delicious. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.

absolute dream location! staff is wonderful and it feels like a private resort. you can skip touristy stuff around as this hotel thought of everything. you can even use their free kayaks to explore the beautiful lagoon. don’t let the old reviews on food put you off, food was excellent. we would definitely come back.
