All was good for us but for those with phobias about such things the windows in the room give into an interior corridor/space. We were fine with this.

We were surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We stopped at the bus stop outside the hotel on the motorbike only to realise that we could drive into the hotel to unload. Super! We also wondered where we were in relation to the city until we went for a walk afterwards and found that we were right next to the main square. Everything was good here at the hotel though parking will be difficult for cars - there are rather a lot of columns in the basement. Breakfast was substantial for those that like big Mexican breakfasts. Note that there is a good coffee shop round the corner called Kahli.

Location is the best. Close to everything and within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Parking is right under the hotel and safe.

Some of the furniture and fixtures was old and falling apart. I really wanted a hotel with a gym. The gym was incredibly small and the machines was rusted and didn't work. It shouldn't have labeled a gym as it's amenity.

It was near center plaza. The location was great! It is near the museum, restaurants, ATM and many stores. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped me get a taxi 3:40 am to the airport. Room service was there daily. The facility itself looks nice with cable. There's a restaurant in the hotel, I didn't eat there but the food smells good. The police station is right across the street.

The shared hot water between rooms. It is not comfortable, even more for people with out any type of relationship. Also, the parking lot is not easy to find a spot.

The staff didn't speak English and there were issues with my door shutting, the bath mat was not very clean.

The reservation was for a room with queen bed. They only have two full bed rooms. The manager never apologize and practically blamed the app.

We could clearly hear the noise of the traffic from out side and couldn't rest enough because of that. The room didn't provide an iron or hair dryer.

advertises that they have a shuttle service, they do NOT have a shuttle service, which is annoying as that is the only reason why I booked a stay with them. I messaged them to confirm a shuttle, and they did not respond. Beds were VERY hard. didn’t get to eat the “free” breakfast as I had to leave to the airport - would be nice to have the option to get it earlier.
