We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.

United States of AmericaThe food sometimes didn't have everything that was listed on the menu. Additionally, the way items were presented changed day to day. For example the yogurt came prepared with granola and honey the first next, the next day we had to prepare it. The temperature of the water in the room was hard to get right. The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill up. Also our window was missing a screen and was not fully closed so mosquitoes were in our room.
The entertainment staff were great. The other guests were awesome.

KuwaitIt’s too small, atmosphere not good , no entertainment value the room amount. too far from Cancun airport and they don’t have hotel taxi ..! it too expensive more then normal and it not a 5 star hotel , I will recommending to make it 3 1/2 star hotel .
