We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe view was bad; the window mainly faced two other walls of the hotel (although there was maybe a centimeter sliver of ocean visible through the buildings in front). The pool was ugly and didn't look very clean. The breakfast was ok, not great, and if you got there after 9am you had to wait to enter (hotel was full because of various events). The entrance to the parking was sometimes blocked by people who selfishly left their cars in front of the hotel while checking in, and those caught up in the subsequent line. Parking was somewhat limited and much of it was on a steep slope. The lobby and public areas of the hotel didn't match the niceness of the rooms.
The room was really great; nice and large, beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The shower was powerful and hot and bathroom had a good supply of towels. It was very clean and seemed well insulated against noise from outside. The aircon was efficient, there was a coffee maker and fridge. The hotel offers (limited) free parking.

CanadaI had an Ocean View suit... but the windows were so dirty from the outside (and I mean dirty like I had never seen), that I couldnt really enjoy the view at all!! ... it was a shame. Location depends on what you are looking for, there's nothing interesting to see in walking distance except a mall. Hotel is facing a wide highway(road) with no easy access to any beach nearby. If you want to visit the Historic center, you take a taxi and pay 60-90 pesos and get there in 10 minutes.
I had the master suit and it was amazingly spacious and clean Katia was fluent in English and was super helpful and nice.

CanadaI wish I could have more autonomy when it comes to park the car in their garage. I can’t open the door by myself. The valet parking is very helpful, but I rather to do things by myself. In this case, coming back to the hotel when I’m tired I rather to get quickly into the bedroom, otherwise I have no negative comments about the hotel.
I have no complains about this hotel, to be honest, I could enjoy most of the common areas with my small chihuahua. We felt welcomed by the staff since the beginning and the food is very good. My husband is usually very picky about hotels and this fulfilled his expectations and needs. The beds are so comfortable, even though we could slept with out any disturbance from the bedroom or the surroundings. More over the location is pretty convenient for hood food, entertainment, shopping and beach time. We are definitely coming back for longer time to take a break and enjoy the city.

United States1) We had our 2 small pugs with us. They charged us $544mxn/dog/night. That's more than a day's wage for a housekeeper! I don't mind paying a deposit but think this as a charge is outrageous. 2) there is no easy way to cross the highway to get to the beach.
Beautiful room with ocean view. Breakfast was good. We got a master suite because our niece was flying in. We thought the master was a separate bedroom from the living area; it's one large room with a dresser dividing the two areas. Nice room but not what I was hoping.

United StatesHotel was easy to find, in a convenient location just off the main road in Boca del Rio. There is valet parking and the staff is friendly. We were originally given a room on the first floor but when we went inside there was a terrible smell so the staff immediately moved us to a room on the 5th floor which was very nice. Hotel is clean, beds & pillows are comfortable, the showers were hot and the wifi was good. We could see the pool from our room and it looked nice but we didn't have time to hang this time. Hotel is located across from the mall so it has a lot of options for eating & shopping within walking distance. And the Boulevard where the beach is located is just across the street. Overall nice experience.
