United Kingdomstaff where just not happy to resolve any issues and simply tried to pass the job on to other people so they didn’t have to deal with it . Made 2 requests for items such and a kettle and towel and was sat in room waiting for hours before just giving up and they where a no show . upon checking out I got charged for being late to my Uber as they made me run inside to recheck out and get a physical due to the machines apparently not working, however , no one informed me. This took 30 minutes as they kept sending me to different areas in the hotel until I said i would not deal with this and finally changed my kind manor , this was then resolved in an instant and checked out . Was planning on staying for last nights of my holiday however this will now change

The glass panel on the balcony was that dirty that u could not see the outside while sitting down. The floor dirty as if it was never mopped or sweeped. Our bathroom roof collapsed, they made change room at 10pm at night to a even more dirty room. I made massive complaint to management.

MexicoMy son have autism, and at the beginning the check in personnel was very kind an comprehensive. But after that at the kids club they didn't want to accept my son. Very sad. The drinks are cheap. No even had Malibu on the bars. The opening time are way too late for a resort. My mini bar at the room was never refilled. The elevators on our building was working at 50 per cent. The buffet are not so good. And the lines are massive. The trattoria the pizzas was horrible, and the wait was really long. About hour and half to get in. The towel situation close to the pools, are a pain in the butt. Appears to be that the towels belongs to the guy that works on that stand, and that they are doing a favour to the customer. The DJ sessions are not a DJ session is basically a led screen with some music playing. That's all... At the check in desk they ask for a fee for cleaning the beach... From the Sargazo. And the beach was with plenty Sargazo.... So that's basically a steal... The hotel really needs some more people working on it. It's too many people for the staff. If you leave tips, they treat you fine... If not, you get lower attention. There is no farmacy on the hotel, not even for a Advil. So I have to leave the hotel and walk to the farmacy to get some medicine. The Mexican restaurant, the music level is loud and the music was more like noisy and by the way I speak Spanish and that was really painfull The internet is from bad to really really bad. The check out process is another nightmare. Slow and the express kiosko didn't work properly, so I had to go do a in person check out. And the check in was about a couple hours standing.... Waiting on the line. If you get another options on the area, don't go to this hotel. Really
Basically the SPA and the mattress was the only two good points about this hotel. Per side that... Nothing much to say about it. For a All Inclusive and the most impressive (on size) hotel of the area... Could be a lot better. Was my first and definitely the last time on this hotel

United States of AmericaThey told us the fridge would be re-stalked daily and never was the whole stay. We could never get new beach towels. They always said they were out. The Buffet had nice cheese bar, but could use lettuce on the salad bar. Food on the lines could use a better menu. Breakfast at the other buffet was terrible, and they did not want yo replenish any of the food even though there was 20 mins left of breakfast hours .
The facility overall is beautiful 😍 it was clean and pleasant. Breakfast at the international buffet was really good.

HungaryThe restaurants need vegetarian protein options. Besides breakfast (eggs) there wasn't anything... The rooms, specifically badroom needs some renovation. The sinks and bathtubs are quite old and you can see the corrosion.

Canadait was too cold (freezing) everywhere indoors, most of our group got sick because of that. freezing temperature in some restaurants. quality of drinks - we could not find where to have a good cocktail, most drinks served were very cheap tequila, local beer and local wine (also not too good). this definitely should be improved for all inclusive. and we are not picky drinkers! the only cafe with decent coffee was reserved for black bracelets only (people staying at the pyramid), so for most of guests staying in other buildings there was no option for decent coffee. does not sound like all inclusive if you are excluded. this was not optional even for extra payment.

MexicoThe staff. Being pushy. And trying to sell u vacation packages. They sold my wife a vip upgrade. For 95 dollars more a room around 4 pm at check in. And by the 5 o'clock when we finally got into our rooms and went down to the vip bar and pool it was close already they close at 5. Not cool selling us a vip package knowing we were there for a night. . Only good staff and good treatment came from our waiters at the restaurant. (Sakura red casino) and the market place breakfast at the white box. Excellent service
