The location of the property has lots of traffic noises (sirens, delivery trucks, street vendors) which I can understand it’s not the hotels fault. The hotel is still able to maintain the peace and quiet within the facility.

The property is very clean and organized thanks to Ms. Annie Lou who always made sure our room is neat and orderly, and we have all the essentials (water, coffee, towels, etc.) we need.

Only minor negative was the tv constantly on in the dining room at a louder than pleasing volume

Substantial breakfast even if some of the food on offer was a little different to our normal breakfast. Overall a very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and those with some english provided good direction to help us use the public transport system. The trains in particular generally much faster than by the rather congested roads

The personnel was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and made up perfectly each day. The location was near downtown and the airport. It took twenty minutes to reach there.

There was nothing to not like. I am very glad that I booked my stay with this hotel and if ever I return to the city, would love to stay with them again.

The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They were ready to help for even smallest things and did it with a smile. Everybody also spoke very good English and hence could easily help us with our questions

Everything was amazing, the Stuff, the breakfast buffet was really good, the personal was very polite and helpful, nothing were wrong during our stay, Otherwise it was more than we could have expected a 1000% super recommend… thanks a lot for everything Flamencos Hotel!! The area can get a little noisy at night, if you’re a light sleeper that may be an issue. Or if you’re not used to being in a city.

Great location in the middle of the main attractions the city has to offer. We pretty much were walking distance from many museums, shops, churches and other fun locations. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, the rooms were kept clean, the mini fridge was very convenient, staff was very accommodating and tv was able to log into streaming services.

The hotel is so modern, clean and spacious. It is walking distance to the sites and directly at two metro lines. There is so much street food around, which is what we were looking for. I would definetly stay here again.

The location is good about 8 minutes from the historic places. The breakfast is good, the only thing the beds were a little hard and the shower doesn't anything to hang your clothes towel etc.
