Beautiful spacious room more than adequate. Staff were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with an unrelated problem. Breakfast was delicious and staff were attentive. Location was fantastic, walking distance to Zocalo and central area.

The restaurant food was very basic for the evening. No air conditioning in the gym.

The AC was a bit difficult to get it to work properly. The water pressure was low in the shower and the sink was slow to drain. Neighborhood seemed older, and maybe a bit less safe. However security was good on the property.

Staff was very nice and even packed us a bag of food for breakfast when we left since we would not make the dining hall for the breakfast the day we left. Room was simple but stylish. Regular Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! Location was close to public transit and close to major areas.

Being in the downtown, it’s dangerous to be out there. The crime rate is super high. Make sure to take precautions and use registered taxi services.

Would return here as much as possible, excellent staff members, they make you feel extremely comfortable, and taken care of...the security at this hotel is exceptional...the breakfast service is excellent, tons of food and many options to choose from...parking available, located in the main heart of the city...great location to navigate through the city...Would recommend 100 times...

It was a great location. Walking distance to zocolo. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast and restaurant was good to eat at every day. Would definitely return again.

Very busy streets bus station right next door so a lot of crowds at times. Wi-Fi hit and miss at times in the room

The staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us (e.g., quickly organizing a parking space when we needed it) and the breakfast was always very good. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable.

I would have liked more information labels at the breakfast buffet, being veggie it is has to spot if you used meat products or not.

The room was way better than we expected! When we arrived they brought cake to our room and it was delicious. They respected our request of not entering the room during our stay. The bathroom was gorgeous, massive shower and toilet amenities such as soap and cream. Bed was comfy with extra pillows. The staff was super polite always, super welcoming.The location is perfect!!!

Better guidance on travel to attractions and more accurate on travel time ! We almost missed our guided tour.

Spacious room, helpful staff, a good breakfast albeit a tad limited in spread. Close walking distance to Plaza de la constitucion which is a happening place all day and night.

At one point the water ran too low so there was some brown water coming out of the faucets but it was a quick turn around!
