The smell of the room was horrible you had close the bathroom ..Also they need do more deep cleaning in the rooms.

The size of the rooms were great and washing your clothes was cheap and easy.

Paint was peeling and nasty in bathroom. Strange smell in the room. No daily housekeeping service so the room got gross. The pool is all one depth with a ladder so little kids aren’t able to really play in it.

Location was amazing for US Consulate. Safe. Great staff. Kitchenette was convenient.

The pool was very cool my kids couldn't get it. Maybe in the future making it a heated pool would seal the deal.

Everything was great! I loved that our room had a full size kitchenette where I cooked for my family. Great location walking distance to Starbucks and the mall was the best and walking distance to everywhere.

Usually people leaving hotel early morning cause consulado works at that times..then needs Coffe or anything to eat and drinks. Thats My Main concern

The bathroom was a bit dated. AC would act up often.

Room had a kitchenette with a microwave and a full sized refrigerator. The laundry facility was easily accessible at a good price. The pool area was nice just very restricted on the amount of people that could use the pool at once. Location was a 5 minute walk from a shopping center that had a lot of restaurants and shops.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The location was perfect for all the appointments that we had to do for the US Consulate. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3 and a 7 day stay.

The fridge wasn't working, barely water coming out of the shower and poor response from staff to fix all these issues. The beds are kind of dangerous. I hit my knee on the corners3 and I started to bleed

In the room I was staying, the water pressure at bathroom sink and at the shower was not strong (volume of water at the bathroom tap was also small compared to normal hotel room). Check-in time is 3pm (and they are strict about this. Previously, I was staying at another hotel nearby; I arrived around 11am in the morning. They let me check in immediately, no question asked).

Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. Location is practically next to Las Misiones Mall. There is a small swimming pool (9am - 8pm). It has a self-service laundry room (this is heaven-sent for long stay guests). They have a small corner next to reception selling drinks, essential toiletries, candies. The small gym is open 24 hours. Aircon is excellent, room is huge, bed is comfortable, wifi is strong. The room has a full size fridge, a microwave oven, and stove (but no utensils for cooking & eating). The TV offers many channels. Fast and smooth check-in and check-out. A definite value for money!
