The restaurants were not that great but OK . Yet the Fusion place had ups and downs. My wife , my daughter and I ordered 3 different dishes. 2 of them were not eatable. Pork chop was pure fat. My daughter got lucky though. Her dish was just fine.

I think they could benefit from a reservation system for the restaurants there were long wait constantly and some restaurants where almost impossible to even get a table

love the location and love the over all look of the whole resort, staff was very attentive and polite they went over and above since I was traveling with my spouse who was a new mother they accommodated helping her freeze pumped milk so all in all very helpful

facility was great, excellent for families with kids. room was nice and comfortable. food options were great. our family really enjoyed the stay. we also did the dolphin excursion available on the resort, which was super fun.

I thought the price you are spending there could be better food at the buffet place everyone goes too. The food was mediocre there. Also the drink glasses look worn.

Staff was amazing and were all very friendly and helpful! It felt safe at the resort.

Most of the staff were not helpful at all. We had a watch stolen out of our room when the cleaning services came one day. We figured that since this was such a nice luxury resort that we wouldn’t have to worry about stuff like that… our mistake. Staff were very irresponsive to our complaints and concerns with this. Note of caution: Don’t take anything of value with you to this resort. Food and restaurant options left more to be desired. We were unable to eat at any nice restaurant one night because they were all “full”… didn’t think that was supposed to be an issue at an all inclusive

I have no complaints about Dreams. Such a beautiful resort with great hospitality. Room service was great and timely and well as the restaurants on the resort. Went for a destination wedding and it was perfect!!

reserving a pool lounge chair or Bali bed is hectic. you have to get up at 3-6am in the morning to put your stuff on a chair or bed. the staff or other people move it and it causes major problems. I felt sorry for the pool staff to have to deal with the problems but overall good resort!

resort was clean and the staff was very attentive. just tip the staff a bit and you’re good. they had activities, shows, and bands for both adults and children to enjoy. very accommodating over all! food at the French and Brazilian restaurants is really good

Tides Poolside bar food isn't that great but it's just a quick/casual place to grab a bite to eat after being at the pool all day so can't complain too much. Everyone is always working really hard too. If you do the dolphin experience, the prices for pictures are really expensive and kind of ridiculous so I'll just say negotiate ;) I found the prices aren't set in stone :) We were aware of the dress code to go eat places but I do recommend that they reconsider their dress code policies eventually...I understand wanting everyone to look nice but at the same time we're at a beach resort. Nobody (men) probably wants to wear long pants to go eat dinner when it's super hot and humid. Same thing at the breakfast buffet at World Cafe... usually people are grabbing breakfast before a day at the pool, some men would probably like to be able to wear a tank to breakfast but they do require men to have sleeves. It just seems unnecessary....Please kindly reconsider your dress code!

Fusion and L'Etoile were AMAZING! Excellent food and excellent service. At L'Etoile the Onion Soup and the Chicken Cordon Bleu were just delicious! The breakfast buffet food was just okay in my opinion but it was always better than getting room service. The room size and view was great but I think due to being on the beach the room could feel a little muggy at times so we basically had our thermostat set to 64 degrees the entire time to counteract the muggy feeling but wasn't a terrible thing. Shower was nice! Never had issues having hot/warm water. Housekeeping always put extra waters in our fridge as requested too which was nice :) Overall the all of the staff and waiters were extremely nice and accomodating to us. Pools were really nice, pool bartenders were really nice, the beach location was really nice. Since this a family oriented resort, it's a nice feature to have access the adults all inclusive Resort next door at Secrets, it's a 2 for 1 deal :). if you ever need change/smaller bills for larger bills, the guys at the front were always helpful in exchanging with us :). It was easy and quick to get our covid test. make sure you schedule your appt when you arrive to get the appt set up out of the way. They'll greet with you with champagne and everyone is really welcoming.

The ac in our room didn’t work the whole 5 days we were there, the evening theater shows were aweful and there wasn’t a lot to do in the evenings accept drink which we don’t do. There were some areas that could have been cleaner.

The staff was amazing. Friendly helpful and great with kids. My kids especially loved angel one of the activities coordinators.

Every restaurant was a 45-60min wait even though it was clear that there were open tables. They really try and push you to eat the buffet as much as possible. The room we stayed in did have proper working A/C and when we called they made it seem like it was our fault it wasn't working. The room also had loose title and a bathroom door that would close.

The room was cool but humid and musty smell. There was also human feces floating in the water at the beach and not just a few but a lot. Didnt use the beach again. Pools were very nice but closed at 8. Why not close at 10??. Food was not great. Taco truck was the best that we ate. Wedding we went to was nice. But will not be back. Very disappointed.

Breakfast options were good. Probably best meal of the day.

For the price I paid the room was too small. The restaurants did not take reservations so the wait was over 1 hour to be seated. Room service took 90 minutes. Slow service overall.

I liked the size of the resort; not too big; not too small. Everything was within walking distance. I had a 3yr old with me and she was able to walk the entire resort without getting tired.

You have to scrounge for food. The didn’t refill the buffet. It was hard to find things the kids would eat. Room service brought us a half eaten hamburger instead of a steak one night. It was revolting. My luggage was ransacked between dropping it off in the lobby and arriving in my room. Since it was carry on luggage, I am sure it happened in the hotel. If you don’t have preferred status you can’t access certain property features or restaurants at certain times. Trying to get into a restaurant was quite a trick and not worth the wait. I’ll never go back.

I didn't like some of the worker attitude at the location we paid to much money for 3 days to get par services and the hot tub in our room didn't work and never got fix during our stay. Rood services was the sorry the food was cold and whatever we order it wasn't correct. And they never returned my ears bug.
