Maybe more variety in the wines and better prices, the drinks were really expensive without being anything remarkable. Had a bottle of rose for £90 (the cheapest) which was pretty mediocre quality.

The rooms close to the street are very noisy, the music of restaurants and bars at the street is extremely loud. Also if the room is on the first floor you can hear all the steps and movements from the guests on the second floor. The prices at the beach club are incredibly expensive. more than Saint Tropez, more than Kitzbühel. Also the Security at the beach is very poor. Sometimes there is nobody taking care and is the opportunity for strange people to go through hotel.

We stayed in 2 different rooms, both beautiful and comfortable, The location of Hotel is good because it is directly on the beach. and the staff is very friendly, all of them. The Beach club is nice and sunbeds for the hotel customers are very comfortable.

Super location to walk around. Good restaurants nearby and partys. Super concert at beach for full moon. Loved the coffee delivery to balcony in morning. Comfortable large room and shower.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Pros- beautiful hotel, good service staff from bar, reception staff could improve. Extremely loud at night and impossible to get a nights sleep. The rooms are nice and offer a nice chill feeling during the day as I imagined for tulum. Very friendly bar and restaurant staff that couldn’t do enough for us all week. If you are expecting a nice relaxing stay (which was my reason for going to tulum) I would not recommend, as it is located so close to porifinos, bagatelle and other beach clubs where their sound systems will be heard in your room like a loud bass. The music plays until about 4/5am each morning. I would recommend staying further away from the party zone and toward the archaeological area. After my first night I asked the manager in the morning about the noise which he said was rare and that they had complaints from others. I believed and expected to sleep the next night until it was an exact same situation. I then asked could I move room or even checkout but as my purchase was non refundable through a site we were unable. Reception staff could of been better in my opinion, after requesting an iron before going out for dinner, they responded 3 hours later when I was in my bed. Also, one thing I found extremely surprising for an expensive boutique style hotel, was they provided a reusable water bottle in the room ( similar to a yeti) which upon checkout they requested back, I can only imagine they are reusing these for other guests which was weird in my opinion and something which I would of avoided using had I of known.

I don’t understand why bathing water is salt water. Washing my face in the morning and raising out my mouth with salt water…not great. The bed was smaller than expected and we found bugs 😑. First night we had 2 coal roaches and 3 grass hopper looking things. Found out after the grass hopper thing helps with plants and bugs so I guess I wasn’t suppose to kill those. But omg were the bugs big

The experience was different. The treehouse was cool and the bed was comfy.

The ocean was full of seaweed, so having a pool to cool off in would have been nice.

Great service throughout the hotel. We mostly ate breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent! Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view.

We initially got a room next to a construction site but the staff was really nice and upgraded us to a better room. Nothing to fault!

Unfortunately the music from the clubs is very loud, I don’t blame the Delek but it’s a shame to be in such an amazing place and have to deal with the unpleasant comercial techno music from the horrible places around.

The Place is excellent, the room had amazing views and was truly special.

The hotel restaurant is quite mediocre. Definitely go eat somewhere else. Seasonal fruit bowl includes apples and melon, which is so sad considering mangoes are available dirt cheap everywhere else

Eventhough the location is great, it is loud. I think one thing I would say is that the management can enable their reception people more, we realized that the receptionist in the afternoon did not know a lot of things. For example, we asked her about the available services since we wanted to book a temazcal but it took us some explaining before she actually got what we are trying to say - we were also not asked if we wanted to book any services upon check-in. We also asked the same person about car service to the airport and she immediately direct us to taxis, and essentially said that their car service will cost more. The people in the morning shift were able to help us booking a car service.

Staff could be better trained, they were helpful but only when asked and not informative - we had no hot water on the first night with but it would be useful to know in advance that it takes 5 min to warm up on the evening of the beach party, we had to give the car key to valet due to busy traffic - we bought a fresh bottle of water left in the car for travel the next day and we found out in the middle of the next day that our bottle of water has mysteriously gone missing!@-@, not about the monetary value but it’s a rather stingy bite / annoying feeling lastly, the pro of the location is also the con being in party zone, you will have music all night coming from venues close by, not a trouble for us but good to note for those who are sensitive to noise, be ready to be waken up by beats

the location was amazing near so many good restaurants and bars that Tulum has to offer. the design is amazing, fits to local them, with spacious rooms price was competitive for similar hotels close by the coffee service in the morning was a nice touch with small bite of pasty the party at the beach club was fun, you can take advantage of being in the hotel

The next door restaurant plays really really loud music ( not to mention the tacky choices) until very late ( approx 1:00am). they changed the room for us the next night to a room further away from the restaurant and it was very helpful. the water in the shower is salty, you can imagine what that does to your hair 😭 . in this price range breakfast should be complimentary… Room size is calculated with the bathroom , which is almost as big as the room itself. very little space in room itself…

the internet didn’t work at all in my room the whole time. the noise from the clubs around went till past 3am. I couldn’t sleep. don’t get a massage from the guy there. he told me $180 and then charged me $250. said it was 90mins but only did 60mins. food at the beach club was not good. so salty. one of the ladies at the front desk was pretty rude. I had to ask for toiletries including toilet paper which I feel is standard. they let too many people at the beach club to the point guest don’t get their own bed
