You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe staff was not very friendly in arrival, nor at check out. The hotel is very old which is part of the charm however, hotel room had roaches we had to move rooms in order to feel comfortable.
The one thing I do have to say the location of this hotel is perfect. Right across from the zocalo Central to everything, restaurants located right under the restaurant.

CanadaLack of decoration ,lack design and the hallways are very dark , it required TLC -means tender loving care. It need updates like new painting of walls, some local art painting and art decor and lighting in the hallways and wall floors., and it need dusting . The room is fine but need cleaning and dusting in all corner, upgrade to AC unit, the room is so warm. And the room is very small and compact . It like a small cubicle. Toilet is small too. A very compact room. The best service I like was the coffee shop. The services was great , it a 5 STAR Service. The Food was awesome. A lot of varieties cold and hot breakfast. The front Desk lack of sale ability to sell the hotel and service. And lack knowledge about the Hotel. We asked the address of the hotel, the morning receptionist said look at online, we are disappointed with his reply. Lobby-need to improve, it lack charm. I feel up the service questionnaire of the hotel, I didn’t received there reply. I have given to receptionist when I check out.
