Staff were really nice. There was always someone around if you needed anything. Water was replenished every day and there was also water fountains out in the corridors. Beds were comfortable. Roof terrace was nice, not open all night but it was a more quiet season when we were there.

Great, affordable hotel perfectly located close to the Oaxaca center. Very nice staff and tasty breakfast. If you can, splurge on the more expensive room; mine were perfectly fine but I extended my stay in a bigger room and that’s when the hotel truly shined.

Size of the room for 2 single beds My friend is a tall man and his feet hanged out,!

The room was small and felt less pleasant. Very small bathroom as well, with limited products, no hair dryer. The A/C showed 16,° but was cooling the room only a little bit. As we were most of the time outside we didn't report the fault to the owner. Before leaving I told him and I know he would have given us another room. So, I can't really blame them. They should check everything before renting I suppose The owner is a very nice and friendly person, he tries to give us lots of info and when we had to leave before breakfast time he othanised coffee and fruits. Much appreciated The staff is also kind, I had an omelette with flowers from Calebasse, its very tasty. For a single person the room would be fine. Location is important and that's fantastic only 5 min walk to everything needed, restaurant are in the same street. This was my priority. Water was provided, it was 35 ° end of April

The air condition had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bedding was stained and could be updated. When other guests closed their doors, it was a loud slam.

It was a little pricey, breakfast wasn't included (which I thought that was what might define a b&b). Overall very happy and would stay again.

the room can use some refurbishment. I had a room at ground floor and it was a bit stuffy and noisy from the people getting in and out. It was more expensive than other places i´ve seen but didn´t feel that much special.

It is in a nice area, clean, with a nice terrace. The guy who checked me in recommended me a really good restaurant and when he found out i was vegetarian he recommended me a fully veggie place not too far. The area felt safe with many cafes around, close to the city center. I loved that they provide a big jug of water and a glass instead of plastic bottles.

Noise from street. Was loud facing the street - had to sleep w earplugs. I'm also a light sleeper. I think it could have cost a bit less compared to other options nearby.

shower took ages to warm up- in a city with very little water, felt v bad for wasting it- ended up talking cold showers!

best nights sleep in months. Fabulous roof terrace, with shade for the daytime. quiet, lovely temperature. nice breakfast. Good location close to town/ botanical gardens and museum etc. lots of free filtered water.
