More water for the room could have been available for the room, and the laundry service was expensive but still a good service.

Really lovely location and facilities, staff were really helpful, we had a great comfortable stay and booked tours and taxis from reception. Food at the restaurant was really good.

The rooms were tiny without much of free space. A coffee place in the room and a little refrigerator were missing. Due to the warm weather in the place, leaving your air conditioned room for each cup of coffee or anything else is really annoying.

The swimming pool was a great relief and very useful in the warm and humid weather of Palenque. The place is lovely and friendly.

A fairytale hotel, a continuation of the superb nature that surrounded us. The food in the restaurant was very good, the rooms were huge overlooking the garden, with good wifi and very helpful staff.

Great stay ! Very near the Palenque archeological sites.

Great location near city center about 10min. walk via a main road, great wifi, neighbourhood was OK , rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast ! Secure and spacious parking .

The reception staff were not the most approachable, although they were not unpleasant. The WiFi did not work for one of the days we were there, but when we mentioned this to the reception, 7 (!!) Internet provider repairmen showed up later (talk about service we don't get in Europe). The beds were also not the comfiest and the room was a bit dated. Overall, not a terrible place, but not the best either.

The swimming pool and outside area are amazing. The on-site restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced compared to the rest of Palenque. The room was clean and the cleaning man was really friendly and helpful!

The hotel has come to age and everything seems a bit run down. It can get quite noisy when people are hanging out until the middle of the night at the pool.

The place has a lot of nature and a pool. It is relaxing.

Internet connection is very bad throughout the property. The beds are thin and very hard, more cheap motel style rather than a starred hotel. The room walls are solid, but the doors are like from carton such that the noise transcends very easily both ways through the door. The breakfast buffet variety and quality was low, went to another hotel the next day for a descent breakfast. Forget about the beds next to the swimming pool like what is shown on the pics, it's just simple chairs.

The property has a beautiful garden. The property has a big parking and a beautiful open air restaurant place. It's very clean everywhere.

WiFi signal strength was terrible in our room (324), and the provided non-Facebook passwords were outdated. A bit far from central Palenque, but at walking distance.

Nice hotel with a nice pool; the rooms have balconies facing the pool and the jungle, and are of good size. Good service; they accommodated our bikes without question nor charge.
