    - window didn't quite face outside. faced a common area - the road to get there is horrible, very very very bumpy, better to use someone else's car - didn't have AC one of the two nights due to a storm knocking out electricity

room was clean and spacious, nice towels and bedding. soaps were good too. would go back.

Don't expect to be able to swim in the ocean when the waves are up as (and this is true all along the coast) there are many rocks and boulders just under the surface. You'll need transportation (there are always plenty of taxis) or book a tour to go shopping or to go anywhere.

Beautiful new facility on the beach with infinity pool. Has about 20 clean and spacious modern rooms with big travertine bathrooms. The staff is welcoming, cheerful, friendly and speaks English. This is in a gated beach earea north of Tulum on a strip with private houses and some other hotels. Cenote with scuba facility a short walk away. Breakfast and parking included. Great value as we were there in the shoulder season - early June. We explored the Tulum Maya Ruins, the town of Tulum and the tourist Hotelera Zone of beach clubs, shops and resorts a few miles south as well as the Nature Biosphere further south by rented car (I recommend EasyWay}.

Some of the sun beds and umbrellas were a little tired.

The beachfront location was amazing. The room was lovely, clean and spacious , the sea view was priceless. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. They make an excellent Margarita (obvs not for breakfast 😉)

The location really requires you to have a rental car since it is far away from most tourist things to do and the ocean is full of rocks so you need water shoes to go in.

The ocean views were amazing and there was a breeze every day which made the heat feel not so bad. The staff were exceptional and super helpful.

The hot water took a long time to get hot and the pressure wasn't strong at all, but then we realized that it's something general in Mexico. The thing that really bothered me the most is that they have a coffee machine in the bedroom, with glasses, creamer, and sugar, but no coffee capsules, when we told them about it, they said that they ran out of capsules and whenever we wanted coffee we can go down and get a cup of coffee at their bar/restaurant. We did this only once, we took two cups of coffees only one day, and on the day of checkout, they wanted to charge us for it, and it was the equivalent of 14 euros, which was too much for two cups of filtered coffee. I refused to pay and it took me too long to convince them that I am not paying. we checked out and after going back to my country, I saw that they took around 20 euros from my bank account and I don't know why.

The hotel is very nice and it has a splendid beach where you can use their can kayak and snorkeling kit for free. The breakfast was awesome, but they had two men responsible for breakfast, one was very generous and friendly, the other was a bit harsh. I went with my friend and realized it's a couple oriented hotel, so if you're going with friends and looking for activities to do then this is not your hotel or your area. The room is very big and also is the bathroom.

I must admit it is quite far from Tulum. But, there are plenty of restaurants near by if you are staying just a few nights. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, a car would really be helpful. Taxis are very expensive in Tulum. More than $100 USD to get from Tulum airport to the hotel.

The beach was great! Not perfect for swimming but to look at gorgeous. The room was large with all the amenities I need which include a coffee maker and a bathrobe. I loved the special touch of the soaps and shampoos too!

We booked a Junior Deluxe room with sea view. We were very happy with the lovely spacious room with a stunning view over the ocean. We were pleased we had a car for ease of getting around. We also explored the other hotels in the hotel zone just outside of Tulum. Recommend visiting the local cenotes.

Floor of the room could have been cleaned better. Staff has a limited English proficiency, but still ok to communicate and they are very friendly. Massages were unfortunately over priced (270$ for 2 for 50min deep tissue) - you can get it elsewhere. Also good to note: the beach is rocky, nothing terrible as the hotel provides kayaks. It's a fun activity to do to reach a further spot and jump to swim there.

Great hotel, great location, nice staff! If you're looking for a quiet place, far from the busy, noisy and overly pricy Tulum Zona Hotelera, this is the place :) We were very happy with our stay, the size of the room and bathroom, beach view, service, breakfast... The architecture of the hotel is also good to look at. They are also eco-friendly, which we really appreciated. Room service is available. Breakfast is served from 7-11AM. Food and cocktails are good. And again, you only hear the sound of the waves, which makes it a VERY tranquil place. I recommend having a car though as the place is far from everything and the taxis are not worth it (one trip to downtown Tulum is around 40$). Highly recommended!

I can't complain really, just have to say it helped a lot to have a rental car as it's quite isolated if you want to do other activities.

The hotel is marvellous, small, comfy right in front of the beach and with kayaks and recliners free to use. Also the room was massive and super comfortable with mini bar AC and ceiling fans

There were a few things completely out of the staffs control that were a little inconvenient. Power outages (back up generator was very small, very loud, and right outside our room), the dryer breaking down when we had our laundry being done, and WiFi outages. The staff handled everything with grace, but with multiple inconveniences it would have been nice to receive a little kickback.

The hotel and beach area were beautiful. The entire staff was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a housekeeping service daily. The breakfasts were delicious, the drinks good and the service was top notch.

Some parts of the facility are a bit weathered. Like some of the big sun shades on the beach were broken and the wall in our room was repaired in a bit of a coarse manner. The restaurant staff seemed preoccupied and not very hospitable nor helpful at times. The food doesn’t look like the pictures and it’s quite expensive. Breakfast is ok but for dinner especially there are several restaurants close by in the city that serve better food for much more reasonable prices. Unfortunately during our stay power outages occurred and there was a gasoline generator running almost 24/7. It’s probably not the hotels fault but we were not informed of this at all, we just found out that we couldn’t use the air conditioning nor the ceiling fan which in the hotter months may lead to serious issues. The rooms that don’t have ocean view have very little privacy as there are large glass windows that look on the common walkway. You can close the heavy curtains to block the view but sound travels more easily. Recommend to bring a sleeping mask if you need darkness to sleep.

The position is great, the beach looks beautiful and there are canoes and hammocks and different kinds of sunbeds which is perfect for relaxing and having a good time. Very recommended are some beach shoes that make the rocks in the water manageable. The room is spacious and pretty and the bathroom is great, clean and full of complementary toiletries and towels. The pool is small and refreshing. The bar / restaurant serves also to the beach giving a very a pleasant vacation energy. The concierge - receptionists were amazingly kind offering tips for the city and help when needed.

The included breakfast is a bit poor and in general the price of the food menu is a bit too high.

Great sea-view on the private beach. Very lovely pier and super staff. Perfect location next to venire and diving spots and meeting point. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time at 15min by car to the centre.
