Excellent location, close to the Market 28 and Aki Supermarket. Not too far walking distance from the ADO bus terminal. Ten minute walk to Walmart & Sams Club. Nice and quiet, safe neighborhood with good access to restaurants. Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, cold AC, and fast internet. The owner very kind, available and went beyond all expectations. I spent two weeks at this location, and it felt like home. I would highly recommended this property, with a doubt. Thank you again Elton (Owner), for making my vacation great ! I will be back !

There was air conditioning which was great but it was quite old and really noisy.

We only needed a room to sleep before flying the next morning from Cancun airport so for us it was a good option. The bed was comfortable and there is netflix to chill in the evening. It will just depend on what you need because it was not close to the beach area. The host gave very good info for the check-in beforehand and was easy to reach on whatsapp. It was self check-in so very flexible and also a free parking space!

Elton and his daughter Amanda were super helpful, especially since I arrived earlier than I had expected. He also helped me get an early morning taxi to the bus station when I needed to catch my flight.

It's located in a safe and quiet area - very close to Mercado 28 but this is not the area to be for night life. Also it's quite a bit of walk from the Ado station if you're taking the bus.

The place is well-maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice and patient with all the instructions. Thanks to him we could store our luggage in the room after check-out which was really helpful.

Shared bathroom was fine, but at night everyone wanted to shower…we just made adjustments and showered later in evening and morning…. Trust me, it was hot, but rooms comfortable :)

We had breakfast at Mercado 28 (market) which was nearby, and the food there is amazing. Check in was easy, the family was so friendly and helpful, and drinking water is available. Beds were clean and the comfortable, and we loved staying in a neighborhood with all the neighborhood sounds of families chatting, kids playing, dogs and birds. Park nearby where people were exercising in the evening, and children playing.

I liked that the location was quiet. I liked that the host was helpful and passionate. I liked that some restaurants and a convenience store were around. The location we stayed at was not easy to find at the first time. My phone map could not be used due to no network on the day we checked in. I tried to find the address by the information from the host and also asked some people around the area for help. Finally I made it. Overall the experience for staying at Casa Cali's was great.

It was noisy at night - dog barking next door. Obviously owner has no control over that but bring ear plugs. The bed could use some better pillows.

The owner of casa calis is wonderful! He gave me recommendations and spent a bit of time talking to me and getting to know me. There is free water and a kitchen and a cute little room to hang out in outside of your bedroom. The location is quiet and close to mercado 28 (?). The bedroom is spacious.

Good location. Elton and her wife are very friendly and make you feel at home. Its 20minutes walking to the busstation or 80pesos by taxi. The área is quiet and safe. On our way back we will definetely come back here.

Great place. Basic but served our purpose for one night, would stay again. Close to the ADO bus terminal. And close to food options. We wasn’t there long but near an Oxxo so we could get SIM cards. Two different locations very close to each other so follow the address that is sent. Elton was great and came to meet us.

They didn’t have an oven. Also at downstairs/neighbor people were really loud.

It was in a good location but a little bit far from the beach and the ferry of Isla Mujeres. The room was excellent, it was comfortable, and we could store our food in the fridge. It looked pretty good.

Elton is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. This is a lovely place to stay. It is near a park and near a lively market selling food and souvenirs. A great place to stay and very reasonable price. It offers safe oarking in front of the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Wonderful small hotel with lovely owners. Elton was very helpful, he waited for us until almost 1am as we were late and also helped us to fix our car mirror. The location is close to a Walmart and other shops and close to the hotel zone. The room was a good size and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. There was a kitchen area to use and free filtered water. We will be back in 2 weeks. I really recommend this hotel.
