Really not much to change if I am honest, we had a great stay!

We had a fab 4 days in Mexico City here. We had a beautiful massive bed, which was very comfy and great air conditioning. The bathroom was good. Staff were super helpful and welcoming, providing us with early breakfast when we set off to see some historic sites. Breakfast was yummy, and the room was pretty quiet even though we faced the street/courtyard. You could not hear other people in their rooms, only in the hallway which was excellent. Really recommend!

The area where breakfast took place was very nice but I would have liked the option to have a hot meal for breakfast.

I loved everything about my stay! The room was perfect and the location was very convenient. I ended up walking for most of my visit because of how central the location was. The staff was also very kind, offering me an umbrella on rainy days and making sure everything was up to par.

This hotel is even more beautiful in person than depicted in the pictures! The hotel is on a quieter street in a wonderful neighborhood that is walkable to many sites, parks, and restuarants/bars. Upon entry, you'll see a lush and peaceful outdoor seating space; there is also a calm cafe/indoor seating area. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which included coffee/juice, granola+yogurt, pastries, meats/cheeses, and fruits. As for the room itself, I stayed in Room 4 and was blown away by the quality of the bed/furniture, finishings, and linens. The hotel even had its own signature line of soap and shampoo (a lovely sandalwood scent). And the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even sending along a guide with their recommendations for restaurants and activities in CDMX. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Breakfast was European pastries, fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, juices and espresso drinks to order! Beds, outrageously comfortable. Lovely linens. The architectural attention to detail was spectacular. This is a brand new hotel and it will not disappoint. Water pressure fantastic. Fittings and furnishings were top-of-the-line. Beautiful oak floors throughout our very large room. We stayed in room number four. There was some residual street noise, but if you close the metal shutters at the exterior and the blackout drapes within the room, it will damp in noise considerably. For the price we paid on booking this room a value we will likely never see again. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

The only small negative was that the room wasn't well insulated from noises from the room below - we could hear the toilet flushing very loudly in the middle of the night.

Beautifully designed hotel in a perfect location to explore the wonders of CDMX. We especially loved the delicious daily breakfast, the calm and relaxing environment of the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

There were some issues with water pressure one day but it was resolved fairly quickly.

Breakfast was great, location was great. We were able to walk most places in La Condesa and Roma Norte. The service from the front desk was excellent.

The curtains don't cover the small windows on each side of the big window. If you're sensitive to light you might not like this.

Had the best time. We even extended and wanted to stay longer. That tells something about this hotel. Set in an amazing location close distance to everything, it's homey and intimage which made us feel more at home and not the traditional hotel building, the staff was very helpful and responsive, beautiful design and quality finishings. Seriously, don't think twice. Book it. We will be back.

My room was facing a busy road, so it can be noise in the night. This in part has to do with the insulation - windows are single glaze, so if quietness is essential for your sleep, ask for a room facing the yard.

The room decoration has a lot of characters. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel is centrally located and many nice restaurants are close by.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if there was a critique at all, maybe just a little variation on breakfast. Just a little. It was all really delightful. I loved the salmon and my husband is a fan of the fruit and yogurt.

Hotel Casa Cuenca was a beautiful, clean, well attended, modern space. The rooms are beautiful. Really nice decor. The staff were all very kind and quick to respond to anything we asked. We needed to ask for very little, but they were on top of anything. It's in a very central location in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a lovely stay.
