Nothing bad at all other then it wasn’t facing the beach but nothing a Uber ride to the beach can’t fix.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped! The rooftop and the jacuzzi were such a highlight; I enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets every day. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe, and it's easy to get to touristy places like the marina. Finally, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend!

The apartment views are amazing, it was clean and the roof top pool and jacuzzi area was quiet. It was nice to have the full place to ourselves majority of the time.

The immediate surrounding area, in parts, was not for "tourists."

It's a modern apartment complex. But the Lumina is on the top of calle Cabo sanl ucas.It's a steep walk from the Marina area. The swimming pool was muy freo..Too bad because It lessons the beautiful surroundings. No body used it except me when I was there. Outside of that ,if you have a car the place is close to the centro. Muy bien

•⁠ ⁠It would be great if the apartments had dishwasher liquid, as this is something that is not easy to find in the local little shops (we tried, they only had liquid soap for hand washing). •⁠ ⁠⁠Also, it would be helpful if the apartments had some sort of trays (I think we didn’t have that) to bring all the stuff up to the rooftop. •⁠ ⁠⁠The rooms and bathrooms are super nice. But there are no hooks or bars to hang the towels. Thus, with each person having a shower and a pool towel, this is a lot of towels with nowhere to go. •⁠ ⁠⁠The second night unfortunately the whirlpool was cold, I don’t know what was the problem, but this was a bit of a pitty, because it was not super warm and it is one of the main gadgets of the rooftop at night for guests. •⁠ ⁠⁠It is also a bit of a shame that you cannot stay on the rooftop longer than 10pm. I’d understand if you have a rule not to have music later on, but it would be nice to be able to stay up there longer and enjoy the night and the view.

The apartments are located a little elevated on top the hill with a stunning view over the bay in a safe and more local neighborhood. We really liked the apartment and the rooftop and the BBQ and made the most of it. We also spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which was nice as the temperatures weren't super hot when we were staying there. You can do a morning run to one of the hills close by for more stunning views. You can reach the center with all restaurants and clubs by foot in about 15 minutes which is super convenient. The communication with any of your team via Whats App was super helpful and very efficient. The pickup by Jorge at the airport with the cooler full of beers and water was simply AMAZING! That we could stop and make all our groceries was also very helpful. Also Fabian, the concierge, was very nice and helpful. We had a really bad experience, with I believe Juan, who was terribly unfriendly and we had difficulties leaving our bags at the storage room even though there was space. As everyone else was really nice and helpful, it is a pitty that one person that works there just wasn't doing his job.

The only negative are the car traffic noise and dogs barking.

The property is new and modern. Extremely clean. The roof deck has an amazing view of downtown Cabo and so does your seat in the jacuzzi. The fire pit was beautiful at night.

Communicated with the booking what time my flight landed and they said we could check in earlier, however we were unable to do so. Wish they had some info on where to stock up and local coffee shops (would have been a nice touch. Also for some reason they didn’t have was cloths….and the room had a coffee maker but there were 3 pods..we stayed for 4 nights and had a group of 5. Not a huge deal..if you stay street side it can be a little noisy at night. Ear plugs helped.

The amenities were fantastic!! The room was very cozy. 5 min cab ride into town! Would stay here again.

The only complaint would be the distance from a lot of the activities we planned but it was still very manageable. Ubers were only about 2 dollars per person to get where you need to go.

It's a bit of a noisy neighbourhood, with traffic & barking dogs so take silicone ear plugs. The WiFi has strict controls so you can't even look at Tinder without disconnecting from it.

A good option if you have to stay in Cabo. Clean spacious and good value for money.

The description stated there was a patio and there was not one for our unit. I'm not sure if this was an issue with Lumina or Booking.com but it was a disappointment. There should be more hooks in the bathroom so you needn't be draping towels around the bedroom area.

The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The shower was nothing short of amazing - wide head with lots of water pressure. There were towels provided for both shower and pool/beach use. As someone else noted in a review, the pool is not heated. However, we quite enjoyed it and the hot tub on the roof. There was a shower to rinse off and a work out area as well. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. It's a great place to have a drink or two even if you are not interested in swimming/soaking.

You have to go to the basement to deposit the garbage and you have to the exit your car to put the code to enter and exit the car garage. Also, the lights of the name of the building should be replaced they do not work properly.

The lock on the door looked a bit loose. It was very noisy in both rooms which were facing different sides of the building. However, the apartment was comfy. The safe didn't work for the duration of our stay, although they tried to give us instructions over whatsapp on how to fix the problem. Sadly that still didn't work. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the apartment upon check in, as there weren't really any convenience stores close by we could go to get essentials for our stay.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in, however, he came quickly and was helpful to tell me where the room was and a general layout of the building. We found out from another guest we met at the rooftop that we could ask for items we were missing in the apartment, including even a blender. We didn't get a chance to do that as it was already our last night. The rooftop and pool were lovely, as well as the hot tub. We made use of it one night and also enjoyed the sunset and sunrise views. Overall, it's a top choice for me in Cabo - far enough away from the crowded marina but close enough that we could get to the boats every morning to go diving.
