Pool was a little bit dirty. Manager did not have the best attitude.

Most waiters and bartenders were nice and attentive. Drink and food was delicious.

1) The all inclusive property disappointed us when they closed off areas we were using - exiting us from the adult pool area- for the purpose of a private wedding event. This felt unfair because we paid to have use of all areas of the pool. We then were forced to be in a pool filled with noisy children. 2) the salt and pepper shakers in the buffet restaurant do not shake out the salt or pepper because they are filled with moisture from the humidity. The restaurant needs to address this issue. 3) the maid service does not consistently provide coffee set ups in the rooms.

My husband and I only drink water vs. soda. They stock your fridge with two bottles of water. They made it a hassel to ask for more. We would even go to the gym with empty water bottles to fill. One of the staff said " well you have soda and beer in fridge. you don't want to drink those? And we would call room service to get more it would take over an hour to get some. I know people think that is a small ask but. I felt like water was a hassle to ask for. Next time Ill go to OXXO to get a case. lol

Service with the bar tenders and the Buffet Staff were friendly and attentive.

There were not many vegan options. The staff was kind enough to work with my friend who could not eat much, but for the future, I would like to see them cater to vegan individuals much better.

The location was beautiful. The staff and amenities were lovely. The food was very nice and the drinks were enjoyable. I am very pleased.

I reserved a honeymoon suite with ocean view. The small slice of ocean we could view from a window was obstructed by several buildings. I am pretty upset and highly dissatisfied for paying extra for something I never received.

The staff are absolutely amazing! The cleanliness was wonderful. The location is great. Food is good.

We fell for the “presentation” where they try to sell you a certain amount of bookings in advance. A waste of two hours of our lives

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. We loved Mexican night, which happens every Thursday evening! It’s a must!

Every day that we we're staying, at 7:00 am the noises started, some repairs or some construction, but we could have a good late sleep, that's the only complaint.

The location, the facilities, the food was great, and the awesome staff!! George, our server at the pool, always went beyond!! Josue and all the bartenders, the reception, the waitresses, the security guards, realy nice hotel, the beach view was beautiful!!

Not easy to find a quiet spot to read and write. Few rooms with balconies, and many of the balconies look onto the side street,

Friendly and welcoming staff; many pools and nice beach; good restaurants; clean and comfortable room; excellent bar service. Several fun events planned for all guests throughout the week.

Pool was a little too warm. Poolside food could be improved. Coffee service in the lobby always was empty. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. Bed is a little uncomfortable. Lounge music was a little disappointing with the DJ. The lighting in the lobby bar was FAR too bright and warm!

The food was all very good, enjoyed the breakfast. The reservation restaurant was outstanding for service and food for evening meals. The poolside service was impeccable! The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Enjoyed the lobby and sky bar and live music., lovely place to relax before dinner. The ocean-view rooms were updated and pleasant. We were overall very impressed with the hotel, staff and food and would stay here again! We enjoyed the smaller more intimate setting compared to a mega resort.

There was very limited non pork breakfast options. need to offer turkey bacon, and not so many pork products. I was reduced to coffee, omelette, fruit and parfait in the mornings, because we could not eat a majority of the breakfast items, which had pork in them.

Loved the staff, activities, location, kiddie pool. clean hotel. well maintained.

One of the pools was too warm to actually be refreshing- note this is a personal preference. Food was plentiful but mediocre.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the service at the outdoor bars namely Jorge, Carlos and Victor who made our time there a lot of fun.. The cleaning staff were thorough and non intrusive.

This was our first stay in an all inclusive resort. We were not impressed by the behaviour of a few of the guests and dismayed by how much drinking there was. Also, the property had a no smoking policy but several guests smoked at the lobby door or on the beach in front of the resort.

We ate all our meals at the Sunset restaurant on the ocean. Staff was great, breakfast was cooked and served to you. Fresh fruit and juice were available and just about anything you could think of in terms of hot breakfast. Lovely location overlooking the beach.

It was perfect for a 3 night stay. Perhaps not enough variety or activities for a longer stay.

The breakfast was great. You could choose the buffet or the sea side restaurant. The location was very safe. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The towels were removed after only 15 minutes of being away from them, not leaving time for a quick meal or a swim. Other resorts give at least 45 minutes which is much more reasonable. I understand the need to make sure places aren’t claimed for long periods of absentee times but 15 minutes is ridiculous.

The breakfast was great. The ladies who cooked the eggs were excellent! Jorge, Celso, Carlos, were excellent waiters and the concierge was very informative and helpful. There were many others who were great, actually, all of them! We also loved Jorge, who played the piano, and he asked us to sing with him regularly after he heard us singing along once. Loved him and that experience! Both of us are singers who perform together in Canada.

Lots of pigeons which is hard to not have. Some staff was great others not so great. First night left a bad impression.
