We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Cleanliness, although today we left the card and no one made the beds, restocked the towels or water bottles.The meal we had at the restaurant. Menu needs to be cut down so you can focus on what you do well.

United States of AmericaThere is absolutely NO INTERNET. If you need internet, then you may need to use the bus terminal`s free wifi access. This hotel's wifi does not connect to the internet.
I chose this location as it is very close to the Mexico City North Bus Terminal as I had an early morning bus. It is not convenient to restaurants, but there are a few. One could even go to the bus terminal to grab a bite.
