The a/c was too loud, the safe wasn't working properly, the balcony wasn't locking, no paper towels in the room, only 2 towels per room. Quite poor breakfast options.

We liked the location, service, cleanliness of rooms, great value for the money.

The only thing I didn't like was the hotel parking, but it's ok because there's plenty of space to park in the street, and it's a nice neighborhood.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It's big enough to spend the night there but also to work if needed to. I'd stay here again in the future.

they had a expresó coffee machine though nobody new how to work it. five days and no latte for breakfast although they though they have the machine .

I didn't like their parking area, it's very difficult to park, but outside you can park your car for the night and it's very safe.

Excellent location in a very nice neighborhood. The room was perfect. The breakfast was ok, not the best but not bad.

Bathrooms small but doable. Breakfast minimalistic yet with no complains.

Style, comfort, large rooms, with Kitchen and living room. very comfortable linens and bed. Quiet. Breakfast was included and good quality items.. Rooftop terrace great to work. Outstanding price / value. Good neighbourhood with restaurants in walking distance. I will come back.

We were checking out before breakfast was served. The concierge said they would prepare a box breakfast/lunch for us since breakfast was included in the price. None was provided.

Before I list my issues I want to be clear I would stay here again but I want people to know what I was disappointed by so they already know the issues before they arrive. The biggest issue for me was the Kitchen, based on the photos I expected this to have a kitchen I could cook in so I could make the occasional meal. For me it was the main reason I booked. When I got there I found that the kitchen was totally underequipped, not even a knife to chop anything or a kettle to boil water for a cup of tea. I asked for a knife and kettle at reception and the lady there chuckled at the idea that anyone would consider actually cooking anything and said no one ever does so they don't provide anything. I ended up buying a knife and kettle for basic things and ate out every day. I cannot stress enough how little they give you, 2 spoons, 2 forks, 1 wine glass... it's so minimal that its not even worth calling it a kitchen. Other issues, are the breakfast is really bad and small and the gym is super basic but good enough for a basic workout. Finally, the couch was filthy. Stains all over it and very uncomfortable. Totally out of keeping with the rest of the place which was clean. Overall, I liked this place but if I had come in without expecting a kitchen or breakfast or gym. I would have been really happy.

The room was wonderful, I had the premium room and it was worth the extra cost for the large double-height windows giving natural light to the bedroom and living room. I had a quick look at the smaller room which has a lack of natural light in the living room but also looked nice. The internet was decent (50-100mbs) in the living room and only a little patchy in the bedroom. If you have an ethernet cable I would suggest using the ports behind the TV's in either room to get 200+mbs. I have seen others complain about internet speed and I can say that I tested the Wifi on the ground floor in the cafe, on the third floor in my room and on the 6th where the gym is. On the ground floor, I got 500mbs the fastest wifi speed I've seen in Mexico, 3rd floor was 100mbs but the 6th floor was totally dead. I couldn't even open a web page on a browser. This explains how people are getting mixed results so if you care about wifi ask for a room on a lower floor. 3rd floor or below. The daily cleaning was is what made booking this better than Airbnb. Lots of great nearby restaurants. If you like steak then I would recommend Corazón de carbón a few blocks away and it's on a block with a few other nice options.
