A more efficient booking service by Booking.com would have prevented me being charged twice for the same night (once by the hotel and once by Booking.com) although after I'd been in touch with Booking.com they did eventually refund me.

Surprisingly quiet and restful setting in spite of its location right on the main road into Navajoa. The pool and surrounding garden was wonderfully refreshing after a long day on the road, and the staff were friendly and helpful - in spite of the language difficulties (I have little Spanish, and they had little English). The on site restaurant served fresh delicious meals with a focus on local cuisine at reasonable prices and the cooked breakfast included in the room price was served by polite and efficient staff. We enjoyed our one night stay on the way down so much, we stayed again on our way back home.

Last time we stayed here in November - exceptional service in the restaurant. This stay - not so good. Food was good, but the service was awful. Our waitress also did food room service - so we were forgotten.

Love the fact you can park in front of your room. Rooms are okay...and pet friendly.

There was a huge party for a national celebration across the street and the music was blaring and booming and shook the wall all night until 4 am. I understand this was out of the hotel's control, but it is what it is.

It has a great restaurant and a fantastic pool area. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean and well-maintained. Had one issue with the tv not connecting to cable and no signal.

The breakfast was a lovely, full meal, in the restaurant; we opted for service on the terrace by the pool, it was such a nice day . Scrambled eggs with options for potatoes, chilaquiles, toast, fruit or juice. Beautiful!! The room was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed. The grounds are gorgeous ... it was so nice to wind down after a day's driving by the pool, surrounded by trees and flowers.

Nice Hotel just outside of Sinaloa with parking well off the road and not readily visible. Including breakfast in a nice restaurant which also served a great dinner.

The temperature in Mexico was cold, but the heating in the room did not work. The blanket was not very warm. The room only had 2 bath towels.

The location is convenient. The breakfast was good (although the service was slow). The water for the shower was hot. There were 2 bottles of water provided in the room. The hotel restaurant was convenient.

Breakfast was too late and too slow. Started at 7:00am, and by 7:30 27 people were waiting for food. Due to last minute unforseen circumstances, we were delayed by 3 days. Original booking non-refundable, so we paid twice.

We were on the second floor beside the highway, which was very busy and noisy. Restaurant was expensive. Pillows could use updating. Rooms were not secure, someone unlocked and opened our door well we were in it.
