Gorgeous property, spacious/ clean rooms. Staff were always friendly, breakfast provided was a nice little treat. Central was very short walk and there was still plenty of restaurants/ bars around the hotel.

The slightest minuscule change on the shower taps and you’ll be scalded, but good pressure. Otherwise nothing springs to mind

Great location and hotel. Big room & big bed. Spacious bathroom and fan/AC worked well. Fridge in room with minibar priced reasonably. Sun loungers and pool area for relaxation. 5 min walk to the front where the lagoon is located. Was a 15-20 min walk from the main road where the bus stop is. A very nice stay and good value

There’s a lovely roof terrace area, however it is not as looked after as the main pool area. The roof terrace pool was a bit dirty (some insects and leaves there). It didn’t impact our stay and it looks like the roof terrace is not as popular with guests, maybe that is why it was forgotten about. We still had great time sunbathing there!

Lovely little hotel, located close to restaurants/bars/cafes, 10min walk from the ADO bus station and few minutes from the lagoon. The room was good size, with a comfortable bed, hot shower and a decent size smart TV. Internet connection was also strong. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was also ok (pancakes, eggs, beans, toast) and our room was cleaned every day. Hotel itself is very green, quiet and has the boutique feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and would recommend it to everyone!

Bathroom and room good have some more equipment like a mug for the toothbrush or hairdryer.

Room 11 was perfect for us. Good view and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a central location. It's easy to get to the lake and to the ADO bus terminal. We also used the laundry service and were satisfied. The breakfast was ok, Mexican standard.

Just a one night stay but everything was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with good AC and TV/Internet. Breakfast was good too. We didn’t use the pool as we arrived late and left early. 5-10 mins walk to the lagoon and the town centre. All good!

The air conditioner was leaking water on the bed (placed on top). We informed the staff about it but the response was "ok". The bathroom a little too basic and with lots of gnats.

Nice location close to Bacalar's city center. The room was really big and the hotel is equipped with an independent electricity generator (it's really very useful given the frequent blackouts in Bacalar)

The rooster crowing. The upstairs pool and Area , not clean or comfortable. Leaves and dirt stayed on furniture from when we arrived until we left. Very small pool upstairs and seemed cloudy. Didn’t use.

Breakfast area at the bar is very small, just a few tables squeezed in too close together.

Very good location in Bacalar, a few minutes walk from the lagoon. Small cosy hotel, good size room, clean. Friendly staff. There is a swimming pool and a private parking by the entrance. Good breakfast selection.

Breakfast - not enough tables so you should wait for table and if you come late not everything is available. I would appreciate to have some glasses at room available.

There was nothing we did not like

This lovely small hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms and facilities were very good. The breakfast was better than most other ‘breakfast included’ hotels we have stayed at. Beds were comfortable and shower was great with lots of hot water at any time.

Nothing bad - was all perfect!

Perfect hotel in the center of Bacalar. Beds were so comfy and rooms stylish. Got a brilliant nights sleep here and the rooftop pool was amazing! Breakfast was was delicious. Staff were incredibly friendly and helped us book tours of the lake/taxis and onward travel. Didn't want to leave!
