The tents are OK and have everything needed but they are small and there is, obviously, no air con. It's totally fine, just don't expect too much because of the name ('glamping'). Also important to have a car as it's outside of Bacslar.

Beautiful and laid-back place, directly by the lagoon. Manager Ben is always there, helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that you could use the kayaks for free. Wonderful place!

Bad wifi in the glamping houses, but anyway you are on vacation and it doesn’t matter. :)

Very nice little glamping „tents“. It is amazing that you have a direct access to the lagoon! Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but the common area makes up for it!

Glamping Asana is very beautifully located, just at the lagoon, when you stay there you can feel that you are connected to nature. At the same time it is comfortable, great food, amazing chef Marco, friendly staff(Ben), Dario was very helpful in sharing an information about surrounding. I can say , it very special place!

It isn’t ideal for a solo traveler because many of the activities require more than one person like the yoga and boat tour. It isn’t walkable to the main city. I would suggest getting a rental car or you’ll have to use taxis. It is on a busy road and is not walkable. The breakfast is pretty small and basic.

I liked that the tents were comfortable and kept my belongings dry even when it was raining. I liked the dinner and the cocktails and the free kayak rentals. Ben, the staff member, was helpful and answered all my questions.

Nothing negative just as an information: You definitely need to use the fan during the night which can be a bit loud.

nothing really. There was a small issue were they thought we had damaged the tent but it was quickly resolved once they realised it was due to the weather.

Fabulous location on the lake with free access to Kayaks which we used to explore parts of the lake . We took the boat tour which was great value and informative. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food onsite was very tasty, good value and portion sizes.

Loved the location. Right on the water. A little out of the way of town, but we had a car so ideal. Staff could not have been nicer, super friendly vibe there. Huts are cute and have all the essentials.

The mosquito nets for the tents have many holes. I got bit several times while sleeping.

I liked the fact that u are right at the water and u get free kayaks. The food was good too. Diego is super helpful. Also u can book a nice 2,5h boatstour around the lake. It starts directly at the glamping and the captain is very eager to tell u all about the lagoon/cenotes.

Showers have no hot water which was fine for us because of the hot weather, but may be an issue for some. Some small changes (e.g. some maintenance on the bathroom doors so they close smoothly) would make this place outstanding, but probably more expensive to stay! Need to get a taxi to get into town but the location is part of what makes the place special. Be aware that the site is not far from main road but because we had tents closer to the lagoon this did not bother us at all.

We loved our 3 night stay here. It is in a beautiful location right on the lagoon. The staff are very chill and were helpful arranging us to stay an extra night. We were a little worried about how much we'd be bitten by insects when sleeping in tents but it was fine and the beds were very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site which does yummy Italian food and a great tiramisu! They also made adaptions for gluten free. Overall great value for money in a special location.

-The wifi is not the best -Kind of far from ‘’town’’. 40 minutes walk and not the easiest one you have to walk 10 minutes on the highway.

-The view is amazing, the water is so clear. One of the best view of Bacalar. -Free breakfast. The food in general is good we ate there a couple times. They also serve drinks. -Bed and pillows are confortable -Nice staff -Everything was clean (room, bathrooms) -Free water -Free access to kayaks

Be aware that this is not the most luxurious accomodation and the showers were cold when we used them.

Beautiful little Glamping with direct access to the lagune. The staff is super nice and we loved the breakfast in the morning. There was always a small breakfast for free and lots of aditional options for reasonable prices. Everything we had was delicious.

One night was really cold there there were no blankets. Bathroom the water could be warm for this money. One toilet for men only - the second one closed.

This place is a hidden gem, it is situated straight on the lagoon, the place offers a boat tour which we take at 11 am, Kayaks also were available for free, the breakfast was good as well. And I should thank the staff ( Ben ) for bringing me my driving licence to the bus terminal at 2 AM
