Great location. Near several great pubs. Michelle the owner was great help with information about where to eat and swim. Our room had a private balcony , with unbelievable views of the sunset. We would highly recommend staying there.

The property was clean, but everything is very basic: beds could be upgraded, the design of the washroom was weird with no direct separation with the room.

The location and the view on Zicatela beach. Easy to access. It was really clean, staff was friendly.

Rooms felt a bit dirty. Pool towels felt a bit dirty as well. The free breakfast included in our package was not ideal. Very limited options for food and drinks and service was very poor at restaurant. The wifi was not ideal, very poor service.

The location of the property was impeccable. 24/7 secured private parking was a big plus. The pool was a plus. The prices were great for the location.

The breakfast offer was very limited - you could basically choose either scrambled or fried sunny side eggs with black beans, which was a bit boring after day 2.

We were glad that there was a private parking lot as we rented a car. We enjoyed a lot the pool and balcony of our room with a great sea view. Aircon on the room was also great to cool off.

there really wasn't anything that we did not like, with the exception of the super loud music at night, which I know was out of the hotel's control.

Originally we had to change rooms because the street noise, especially the night music, was overwhelming.. We were able to move a little further back and that helped. We loved the pool, we loved the people working and the proximity to the beach.

the shower wasn't great and was difficult to use due to lack of pressure and not great shower heads. our toilet didn't flush properly but it's a minor inconvenience. if you plan on keeping your room cold just note that the blankets are very thin and not very comfortable.

the room was great, with a straight view from the balcony to the ocean. however being so close to the bars and clubs it was quite loud at night from thursday to sunday. the pool is gorgeous and always at perfect tempature. although very little staff spoke english, we were in mexico so it's expected!

The hotel needs modernisation, it is clear that it has not been giving maintenance in a while. There was no tv in the room. The breakfast was poor (always the sale and in limited quantities) and the service far too slow. In general the staff needs some training in hotel management. The room was not ready at 15h when check-in started.

The location was very good, close to many restaurants. The wifi was very good. The swimming pool was rather good.

I was there on a Saturday and Sunday, and both nights to music from bars across the street, keep blasting until deep into the night.

Internet was almost non-existant. I'd read it had problems but didn't realise how bad it was. What's worse is those comments were from a year ago, and still the internet is poor. Management needs to invest in internet upgrade and to upgrade some of the balcony furniture. In this day and age, workable internet should be a given. Also my room had a little kitchen space but had no cooking facilities at all, nor any crockery or cutlery. It was a completely wasted space. The price was quite high and the property has such potential, but it's not really being reached.

The beds were not good, the bedding was poor and no matterress covers. Pool towels tatty and frayed.The breakfast was very poor the same every day and not cooked very well how can you not cook toast? The noise from bars opposite was unbelievable boom boom boom until three in the morning. Not the hotels fault there should be a law against the noise. No cups or glasses in the room not even a bottle of water. With a little TLC and new beds and linen upgrades it would improved the hotel. I thought the hotel was generally quite run down. It could be wonderful with just being cleaned properly and good beds and linens.

Lovely pool and jungle garden. The security guard Israel was very helpful and looked after us. He spoke good English very nice man. The maintaince staff were also very nice people as was the room cleaning ladies. The hotel was different but needed upgrading and cleaning.
