We have stayed in this apartment in the past and we like it a lot because of the location, cleanliness and amenities . We are so glad that booking has partnered with Humming Bird and not Home Travel Mexico since the later one never returned our damage deposit

In the master bedroom, we could not get the bedside lamps to plug into the sockets so we had to use the ceiling light but that was minor. Maybe the unit could have more than one wine glass also a very minor inconvenience

Location of the condo was fabulous. We arrived early and were able to get in. The balcony was my favourite place to hang out. The backyard pool was great

The elevator was broken and have bad knees and had big luggage hauling that up and myself was a challenge. The master bed wasn't that comfortable and Everytime you rolled over some lights on head board would bang and scare you so we slept in the other room in two twin beds

Was a last minute thing but they made it work, loved the outside bed and the loud sound of the waves. Cute place

There was some difficulty getting access to the resort on the day of arrival. We were not given any of the entrance codes in advance and had difficulty getting in, but once we were able to be “talked through” the entrance process, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. There was no beach directly outside of the property and we were limited to the area that we were allowed to walk through due to the private residences on each side, and the owners in the next building made sure we did not cross over on to their property! (not friendly…😒).

The view was amazing! We were able to venture around the complex with the golf cart that we rented and felt secure being in a gated community. The shopping and restaurant area was great! Had amazing views of the dolphins, manatees and seal while dining in the open areas. Farmer’s Market was a great deal for fresh fruit, vegetables and fruit. Booked a yacht tour during our stay from H2O2 Sun Cruises, right there in the complex, and had an amazing day on the ocean!

We loved everything about the property. It was spotless, had all the amenities, had fabulous view of the ocean, Fantastic pool, very quiet and Juan was very accommodating. We were so very happy with our entire experience.

Both door locks kept sticking. The condo had not been aired out and smelled of moldy, wet cleaning products. The condo still smelled despite me intentionally airing out the condo every chance I got. The photos were also misleading. I thought my patio would look like the one in the photo, and it did not. No hammock, and that was a big reason why I booked this unit.

Location was amazing. Furniture was nice. Bed/linen/towels were comfortable.

Interior a bit dated but o.k. A PROBLEM was the odor in the 2nd bed/bathroom area, it smelled like sewage all the time even after repeated use of the shower etc.

Keep in mind, there are three condos, and my review is for the condo on the 2nd floor, A2. During reservation, it is unclear which condo you order until you finish the booking process...So the review is for A2 condo only: The comfort is not good: - The door to the utility room that goes to the outside has bedroom closet-type doors, and all the air from outside and from the dryer vent, and FROM THE WATER HEATER gas exhaust goes back into the room..carbon monoxide drafts back into the living quarters...this is a huge health hazard; Also, due to this you can constantly run the A/C in the living room and it is still going to be hot since you are trying to cool down the outside...facepalm - toilets do not flash properly...both of them; apologies for the details :) - both of the shower drains were clogged upon check-in; - the king bed is very harsh and with springs sticking out. - very bare minimum supplies: no extra towels, no extra bed sheets, very short range wi-fi (doesn't work on the property's balcony)...very bare minimum rental property.

The view is great, ocean view; however, there is no beach access from the property...all the beaches around are private property or hotels' property...the closest public beach with white sand is a 20 min walk by the Marina, so if you want to enjoy the classic Riviera Maya white sand beaches - you need to walk or drive to Marina.

is missing some basic kitchen amenities. Also the glasses and coffee cups need to be updated. the closet in which they are kept is very old and musty smelling. some large bowls and serving dishes would be nice.

the view was the best!! the pool and grill area outback were also beautiful but there was construction going on next door. location was great, only a short walk to the gym and shops
