The place was quite loud throughout the night with people coming and going. The room was basic and could do with an update. I was lucky to stay in one of their newly refurbished rooms recently which was much nicer!

Staff are helpful, room has all you need, restaraunt serves good food. One of the best value places you can stay on Hulhumale and right on the beach front.

The only shortcoming is related to the cleanliness and facilities of the beach in front of the hotel. The beach also has a dress code, deviations are tolerated for men, they can only stay in briefs, but if they find women in bikinis, the police come and dress them.

Clean hotel but the beach leaves much to be desired, although it is cleaned daily, but superficially. Maybe every hotel should clean and arrange the beach in front of its own location. They have good European food, usually in the area you can find many restaurants with Indian specifics.. The services are ok, very kind staff.

The bed was very old very uncomfortable for sleeping. Electric appliances there. But no proper way to plug in.

The property was fine and the location suited my needs. I wanted to be somewhat near the airport for an early flight. I didn’t get to the explore the area because I got there at dusk and I was so low and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable with the area. That doesn’t mean they aren’t things to see and do I just didn’t get to.

Toilet hygiene is not the best — toilet curtain was very stained and also unnecessary in a small space as that. The hot water had a rusty color. Normal water was fine.

Minor technical issue with the TV that would turn on by itself after a few seconds of switching it off using the remote. The screen was bright when it turned on during the night.

Near to the airport and the hotel's shuttle service was professionally handled. Clean room and toilet. Enough space to keep luggage. Hotel staff provided bottled water even when we didn't get the room to be cleaned for one day (out of our courtesy to save resources). Friendly staff who checked on us, recommend activities and places to visit. Walking distance to shops (eateries, souvenir shops, cafes). The hotel is cozy with a restaurant in the front and a nice eating place on the rooftop. Just cross a street to access the beach. The sunrise and night sky view from the room balcony are wonderful too.

In the night, the phone rang and when we answered the call was cut. Later again front desk called, and asked how our stay is, this is fine, But timing should be considered

I hope your receptionist can improve in terms of tone of voice and friendliness. A first impression lasts forever, and unfortunately, she did not make a very positive one.

The beachfront hotel is fantastic. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were wonderful, especially Dider, who was incredibly friendly and approachable. The other team members were also great. My room was clean, and the room attendants were very friendly.

They don't have an elevator but there will be a staff to help you with your luggage to bring to your room.

The hotel location is on the beach front and near walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room is clean and the staff are fast to respond with your questions. The bed is more than enough for a couple or even if your family can fit. The Toilet is not small and has a good size.
