We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ZambiaThe first day i checked in, my room was smelling of cigarette and i am a non smoker. After searching where the smell came from, i found that there was ash in my bin, indicating the bin was not emptied before i occupied it. Also, for the money i paid, the rooms were too small. The first day i checked in, it took the stuff about 30 minutes to give me my room keys despite making a booking prior to my arrival

Location between Airport and Port Louis and the fact that the hotel is located near a variety of Restaurants. The hot Breakfast is poor, minimum selection of food, eggs Baked beans, hashbrowns and chicken sausage. For the money you have to pay to stay at this hotel the Breakfast is below par.

South AfricaNothing to not like, but this is not really a holiday hotel. It is ideal for business, located close to Ebene Cyber City and other sites and just far enough out of Port Louis to be in the actual city (which is a bonus).
Easy to find from the airport, placed right against the Bagatelle Mall. The hotel is modern and offers all the comforts needed, including a small gym room and a pool upstairs. The restaurant staff are amazing and friendly and actually remembered my wife and I from our visit 4 years ago!
