We had to ask for a room change as we are a family with kids and were put in front of an adults only pool. After many requests they finally managed to find us something. Rooms are a bit small to accommodate a family of 4, in other 5 star resorts we had a living room and room for similar price, instead here you have the same room for families or couples… just charge according to how beachfront or sea view you are.. Kids pool was without water for the entire week and there were poor activities for kids. Spa absolutely not up to the rest of the hotel standard and outdated. Not worth the money and overrated. Closeby there is some waste and smelly water coming to the sea. Pools are nice to look at but not very functional

Toilet rolls were not refilled accordingly… Had some problem with fan in room 621, it was very noisy and for room 620 the back door handle was not functioning properly.. Every things were good from the beginning while check in Staffs were really friendly From the front desk Miss Melissa very smiling and helpful, club car staffs were really great Mr Vinay … Mr Vikram and Mr Chestley also were helpful …During my check out I was a bit disappointed when one of your female staff told me the I have done only half payment while full payment was done on check in day and at the end she told me there is an issue on the Hotel system that’s why she could not provide me the right information… Being a 5 stars hotel these things should be taken into due consideration.

The main pool is freezing, i feel the hotel really needs to consider making it heated for winter months. Hardly any guests were in the pool during our stay.

Food at Citronellas Restaurant was fantastic. The beds in our hotel room were also super comfy and we had an amazing veiw!. Cocktails on the All Inclusive were great! And they have so many free activities on offer..

- overpriced beverages and when I say overpriced, please take into consideration 10x the price in the minimarket - at first, I thought that you had plenty food to choose from, at breakfast. But if you are more into savory food, rather than sweet, you kinda end up of eating the same thing each morning. and why are there so small glasses for water/smoothies? - at dinner, as other guests have mentioned you are being charged for tap water. Why for dinner, since it's free for the rest of the day? - at dinner, even though the dinner themes are different each day, you feel like you are eating the same food as the previous day - Mauritian, Indian, around the world, international - it was kinda the same food, with some variations. On the fisherman day, I get the theme, it's fine, but please also keep in mind that other people do not eat fish and/or seafood and bring more variants for these individuals :) - you have only one bottle of water per day, but you can get more from the beach bar, no extra costs - I've made a request via booking for a surprise dinner on the beach, since we were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary, during our stay. it was approved via booking chat, but nothing happened while we were at the resort :( - I've made a request via the cleaning service that there was a leaking issue in our shower and toilet, 4 days prior our departure, nothing was repaired during our stay. - the guys that were looking after the resort's landscape, should be more quiet - at 7 AM they were cutting grass, came in with a loud truck to collect the seaweed, cleaning up the pool deck, etc. I was awake at that hour, but please be mindful of others, they might be sleeping.

the resort was amazing, even though is a big resort, its layout is in a way that allows you to also have privacy, you have coconut trees, nice beaches, 2 outdoor pools, plenty of free watersports. The room was nice, comfy pillows and bed, the view was exactly what we were looking for - full ocean view, it was clean (if could have been better, but it was ok for us). The staff is very friendly, and always there to help you. the resort is close to the public area and you can walk to the public beach, other restaurant, travel agencies, minimarkets (~ 15 - 20 min walking distance). I recommend this resort, if you want plenty of relaxation and some fun.

We took a massage in the spa and it could be better. The massage was not explained. It was not the correct one. No good value for the money. There is no heated pool, and in the winter it would be helpful.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Patricia who cleaned our bedroom was very friendly and concerned with our stay. Food was excellent. Facilities were very well maintained.

The pools were not heated (2 outdoor) so as it is winter the water was cold, my kids couldn’t swim. The water activities are managed by a private company and shared with other hotel, so you need to book for any activity at least 3 days in advance.

Large well maintained resort, has a warm cozy vibes, beautiful gardens and beach, the breakfast and dinner have great selection of tasty food, daily night music, special thank to SCYAM who daily made sure everything is great.

The location is great and the beach is amazing. The staff always helped to find solutions and answers for us. The Buddha Bar and the Citronella restaurants were very good! We loved it. We also appreciated that the hotel highly promoted local communities and culture!

* Hotel is too big (full even during wintertime) which makes the buffet crowded and less quality food compared to other 5 star hotels we were in at Mauritius. * We had 2 rooms (1 for the Kids and 1 for us), there was only a tv in our room, we dont use it only the Kids do. * As a large 5 star hotel one of the pools should be heated. They were all way too cold to use, nobody goes in... * The wine is way overpriced. Also the cocktails are expensive compared to some other 5 star hotels we were at in Mauritius.

Many aciticities and nice evening programm at the bar. Nice macaron and bottle of rum as a present when you arrive in the room.

The location, beach and room were perfect. The sunsets are amazing. The staff also went out of their way, including arranging a birthday cake with no notice.

Most of the beaches are not served, beach beds are small and not comfortable. The breakfast was not so good.

The only qualm we had which is more of a personal preference, is that the curtains in the room were not black out. As all the mornings were very sunny the curtains let in some light. Would be nice to have the curtain layer as blackout so those who prefer the sunlight could keep the netted layer open then those who prefer darker mornings to shut the black out curtains. But this is all just down to personal preference ☺️

Staff were very attentive and lovely. The rooms and restaurants were very clean! The buffet was really good, many options and variety! Loved how every day had a different type of cuisine daily so we never got tired of the food. Would definitely recommend going atleast going half board if you plan on having dinners at the hotel for the majority of your stay, as you do get value for money this way. The beach and proximity to the beach was amazing! We were surprised that the snorkelling, kayaking and other water activities were actually completely free for those staying at the hotel which was a massive bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed the pedal boat. They have a lot of sports and water aerobics on daily which is also nice. Would definitely recommend this resort and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much ☺️

The pools need renovation - there are broken tiles everywhere. Almost every server doesn't speak even basic English (they don't know words such as water, fork, spoon and e.t.)- only French, and this is ridiculous for me when you work in the sphere of Tourism. You have to pay for your drinks even if you pay for HB, even if you are all inclusive.. (for water too if you're HB!!) Nobody informed us when we were there, and it's not mentioned in the booking.com description - absolutely not professional.

The resort is huge and feels very safe. The hotel is pretty and the location is nice. The rooms are super clean, very stylish and the hotel supplies are nice. The food is absolutely delicious - there is live cooking.

Sadly the staff, particularly in the main restaurant, are not well trained, or in training, and refreshment orders become " hit and miss" as well as just forgotten. This became very frustrating and left a damper on our holiday. Drinks are also exorbitantly expensive.

The Resort is world class, comfortable rooms, spacious beautifully appointed gardens. Swimming pools are outstanding. Buffet meals are varied and plentiful, a fabulous spread.

Quite hot in main dining room even in dinner time. It's a hotel for special occasions due to very high price,but you will feel you are in 5 star luxury resort.

Resort has one of the most beautiful beach in Mauritius. Most of the staff always keep smile and are very polite. Resort itself is covered with palm trees and it looks great. Large and modern rooms with see views. Perfect holiday.
