At check-in the emphasis on the fact that we were 'only' on half-board (and the implications) was somewhat over-the-top.

The view from our room was fantastic, but it's handy to be aware that there are no lifts/elevators, which meant we had a lot of steps to climb. The selection of beaches and activities was excellent.

In Ponte Vecchio and main buffet restaurant food was average at times. Very difficult to get into Teak Elephant and despite a 10 night stay I was told I could only book for that restaurant once and bookings have to be made a few days in advance which was disappointing. Nowhere to walk to outside the resort and taxis are very expensive.

Beautiful beaches and pool area. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Le Serius, and Teak Elephant restaurants were amazing and the food was delicious with staff being very attentive. Views from the rooms are amazing too and beds very comfortable.

We booked the honeymooners only offer which is available on booking, presumably added by the hotel themselves. However, upon arrival we were told that we will not be benefitting from the offer as this is for people booking via third party agency only. We showed the receptionist the automatic message we received from the hotel asking for the wedding certificate to be available upon arrival (which we did have) and eventually they did agree to give us our free experience for honeymooners. However this was a bad start for our trip and we did not get the sparkling wine bottle within the offer. All inclusive is until 11pm only which is unusual

We enjoyed all the beaches and facilities of the hotel. We particularly liked the golf initiation and the glass bottom boat tour.

The food was designed mostly for a European palate - especially the Creole and Thai, which should be spicier. A more regular buggy service would have helped, given the sheer size of the place and the frequent rain and hot days.

The variety of facilities and all-inclusive nature of these was very good. All aspects of service were excellent. The variety and quality of food was also great. The rooms were of a good size and well-appointed for the seaside context. The vast size of the resort was a surprise.

Waiter service in the bar was slow and sometimes not very friendly. Coffee at breakfast was lukewarm at best.

Location, access to marine reserve . Good snorkelling with some live coral and many species of fish. We also saw a turtle which was a bonus . Most of the staff were very friendly. The water sports guys were helpful and supportive on snorkelling trips. Waiters in the Sirius restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful.

Noticed that couples and families were given lots of attention. A single person very much left alone. Had to make a big effort to get any attention for service. Not sure why. Another single lady told me she hadn't been able to get a drink as she was too shy to go to the bar or raise her hand. Had been there for 3 days! I had to go to the bar to get served to start with. Had to stop a waitress in the dining area to get tea at breakfast. Was never approached as couples and families were.

While all their speciality restaurants and main buffet places serve good food with a warm smile and they took special care about our vegetarian preference, we still felt that more vegetarian (eggless)/vegan options could be included, in all their restaurants/buffets. But that's just nitpicking. Overall, there is not much to complain about.

We had a memorable stay. The resort has a wonderful location with three seas surrounding it. The staff was extremely courteous and polite, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and satisfied. The resort facilities and infrastructure were great and plenty of activities were held through the day. We chose their all inclusive package and its completely worth it.

The rooms are not new, but we did not mind, as long as it’s clean. I guess it still could benefit from a better cleaning service though, just to make it impeccable.

The property is gorgeous. It has 3 big beaches, a SPA, restaurants, pools, sports center…A really nice resort! Friendly staff, the cuisine was excellent, copious breakfast, themed dinners.

Suggest a quiet area as on a few days could not get away from very large groups .

Rooms were very good ,resort is quite large but facilities were excellent . Considering the resort was full most of the time we were there they offer something pretty special .The staff make it what it is, management are visible every day .

Just looking a little careworn in parts now in room/bathroom/thatched roof. Bathroom was up & down 2 wooden steps so care is needed at night if you wake up to go to the loo. But it didn’t spoil our short stay

Beautiful position near 3beaches-just a few steps away. Near airport so you do see some low planes. Lovely pool also. Thai restaurant Teak Elephant ( free but need to book) was amazing. Thanks to Brian our waiter !
