The property is stunning. The room was spacious and the amenities were as advertised. The view from the room was breathtaking, with an ocean view.

BulgariaIn restaurant the jucies served at dinner were very watery. Wine was always served in different glasses. As a result it seemed to me that the quantity was also different each time.
Almost everything was top. Kids friendly main pool, nice sandy beach, though kind of small. You can always find available sunbeds around the pool/beach, even at noon. You were seated at the restaurant and never had to wait for a table. Very close to the airport but acctually no noise from the airplanes.

South AfricaMaintenance had to be done to my aircon 4 out of the 6 days. The day it was leaking, it took almost an hour for them to arrive, by which time the room was flooded Light switch tripping outside, plunging the room into darkness. Maintenance fixed it immediately but proceeded to spend 55 mins in the room trying to find the fault - pleasant guy, but it was way after 22h00 and I desperately wanted to sleep. Bidet leaked rust the first day, does not work anyways Service is pretty poor , from arranging the golf cart to Rendezvous staff to outside the bar. Nothing 4 star about it Room service was my worst experience, both times. Despite all the little snags and having to literally self-service most of the time, I enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful views. Id probably go back. Just expected a lot more from a 4 star establishment

Great hospitality service. My room was not ready for early check-in, but hotel offered temp room for resting. There is also departure lounge and change rooms. Liked check-in process: all done in lounge with couple signs on ipad

IndiaThe shower area has a glass door and is visible from the rest of the room - not advisable if you are going with family. Don't know if the other room types have the same configuration. No jet spray or bidet in the WC. No restaurants within a short walk.
Very convenient location. Right on the beach. Quite a few water sports options. Close to the airport (takes 15 min). Close to a shopping mall (about 7 min by car) that has nice food options. There was a bathtub right within the room. The balcony has a nice siting space and sunning space. The place feels bigger than what the pictures show.

United KingdomNot much choice for vegetarians. Soup most days was meat. Do not understand why the waiters/waitresses and managers always stood in the doorways blocking the way through to the seating area. This was every meal and every day.
Hotel is quiet as the bar and entertainment area is away from the rooms. Rooms are big with verandas or balconies. Great staff that service the rooms.

Everything was beautiful on the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and good quality. The room are super spacious, aesthetic and pretty. I loved that you can have free activities such as snorkeling or kayaking. The beach and the pool top notch.

United KingdomAll inclusive food options were limited/repetitive, if you wanted more choice you had to pay extra. The staff were not particularly friendly in comparison to other places we stayed in Mauritius. When we arrived there were a number of issues with the room / things missing that it took some time to resolve.
Good location, easy to get to other spots nearby. Kids club was great & brilliant that it takes babies too. Setting is beautiful with access to the beach and pool. Good selection of activities included. The spa is nice and reasonably priced.

SlovakiaWe would recommend to motivate the servers in the buffet restaurant as most of them looked unhappy and some arrogant (only few!). They (servers) also did not properly cleaned tables after someone ate on it. Pool was every other day dirty as there was probably not daily cleaning.
We love forest look and style of the property pretty much. It all looks new and excellently maintained. Room was big and looked exactly as on the pictures. We also loved the pools and amenities (pool chairs, spa, gym, restaurants).

France- The food choices at the buffet does not correspond to the level of the hotel - The choice of healthy food for children is also very small, it was difficult to find something to eat for a child under 2 y.o
Great location and beautiful resort. Globally it provides great and enjoyable moment. Nevertheless the place suffers from a lack of service quality - even if the managers compensated the experience - and poor buffet food quality. It will be improved. Basically restaurants are to be preferred to buffet even if food quality remains average (except for 1810). I would give special mention to: - Melissa from the bar who transcended our days time with kindness, smiles and remarkable drinks - Rachel from the Mozaic who made our breakfasts a delightful moment with attention and sweetness - The service on the beach, at the towels house and for the house cleaning - Kids Club is good for older kids, if you think to put your younger children for the babysitting think of giving precise instructions and that the whole team of the club aware of it
