I booked a taxi on my way in via your website...And it was a joke...My original flight has been cancelled and replaced by another flight who arrived the same day,a little bit earlier...As the flight number wasn't the same,they cancelled my booking and they didn't give my money back... So,it was a really bad experience on arrival...I will never book a taxi again via your website

This is not very related to the property but rather the island in general. There are a lot of bugs and bees. Make sure if you are allergic to bees to bring your medicine.

The resort and the people working there were phenomenal. Special thanks to Rubesh from guest relations who went above and beyond to make our stay, check in and check out comfortable and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and the service was at 5 stars. We were celebrating my 30th birthday there and they made a special cake for me. The food was also amazing. Lots of choices and everything was delicious

Not much to complain about. If I had to be picky, I would say that the buffet options could have varied a bit more over the week. There were days where we all agreed the food was outstanding, and other days it didn't quite reach the same mark.

Some of the furniture on the guest rooms may need renewal. Some times no pool towels available. Time consuming and complex check-out procedure with piles of paper work.

Nice place and well maintained public areas. Responsive staff quick on fixing small issues. Main restaurant a bit busy during times at breakfast and buffet dinner. I would recommend the other non buffet restaurants on the premises. Beach and pool are OK.

That my stay wasn't longer.

During a difficult time following a bereavement, I sought solace in a hotel that turned out to be more than just a place to stay; it became a haven of warmth and genuine hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff, from the cleaners to the catering team, extended the kindest gestures and made me feel genuinely welcome. As a solo traveler, this sense of inclusion was invaluable; I never once felt isolated or alone. The spacious and beautifully appointed hotel room served as a sanctuary during my stay. The large, comfortable bed provided much-needed rest and respite. Despite encountering a minor issue, the hotel's response was nothing short of exemplary. They handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a sincere commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional quality of service and delicious food offered at the hotel restaurant. Unlike many hotel buffets, the food here surpassed expectations, offering a diverse selection of delicious dishes. Moreover, the sunset views overlooking the ocean were simply breathtaking. Each evening, I found solace in watching the sun dip below the horizon, its golden hues casting a sense of tranquility over the surroundings. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the extraordinary warmth and hospitality of the staff. Their genuine care and attention made a challenging time more bearable, and for that, I am immensely grateful. I must also give special recognition to the exceptional staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable: the duty managers who displayed unfailing professionalism and attentiveness, the porter who couldn't have been more welcoming and Lewis, a lovely young beach team member, who (with a smile) patiently 'tried' to teach me to sail!

The boat for wakeboarding was broken for a few days which i was so looking forward to doing. I did get some runs in though so was satisfied in the end.

Absolutely beautiful location and hotel. Staff were exceptionally attentive but gave us the privacy we also wanted.

Unknown time of room cleaning. More than once a day, as soon as we leave the room, the room was cleaned up immediately. No notifications for these activities as well.

Pool and Beach were really good. Good food with 4 restaurants. Live music nights everyday. Loved the vibe.

This is an older resort so things are a little worn down. The umbrellas and beach chair cushions need a thorough cleaning or throwing out. Very browned out. Tiny ants in drawers and bathroom. La Casa restaurant was dreadful, from the host, to the waiter who was so grumpy and basically seemed to ignore us. Very odd. We were served one main course waiting for the second persons main course after I’d finished. The gluten free pasta was rock hard. They offered no sauce at all, just sautéed beef. Cold. No offer of Parmesan cheese nor ground pepper as in nearly all Italian restaurants we have ever been to. Trying to get a frozen cocktail at this resort proved impossible after being sent to three different bars. When I finally found the one bar that had a crushed ice maker, the man said it was not operating that day due to cleaning!! However the head barman in the Skype Bar was doing his best to hand crush ice, at least offering service bit to no avail-no frozen cocktails!!. We found many waiters to be grumpy and without service training. This resort must put more effort into training. No lounge chairs on balcony.

Pleasant greeter upon arrival. Luggage people move quickly so no waiting for luggage. Beautiful, long and fairly quiet beach. Lovely view from the large bedroom and balcony. Nice grounds. Horizon seafood restaurant was really nice and the service here was top notch. We had one buffet dinner with an Asian theme which we enjoyed. Huge pool with plenty of room to swim. Good service from Arvin who kept our room clean.

The breakfasts were not up to par. Eggs, sausages, tomato and bacon. That is it. The toaster was so slow you had to put it through four times to get a dect toasted piece of bread. I would suggest some haddock, kippers, mushrooms, etc.

The room was big and a little tired, but it did not deter us from enjoying the big room and balcony. The bathroom was also big with a bath and shower. The bed was too hard for our frail bodies, but the linen and towels were good. We enjoyed the food in the buffet area and also the specialty restaurants.
