Upon arrival I was asked for a voucher, which is typically associated with tour operator bookings, but I booked and paid directly so it caused some confusion and explaining on my part. Could've been avoided by checking my reservation first. People do travel differently.

Big room and even had access to private jacuzzi. Hotel caters for both leisure and business well. Friendly restaurant staff. Peaceful. Good beach.

Beaches were good, restaurants were superb, the room was spacious, very comfortable & great views from 2nd floor. Kevin & the staff throughout the resort were extremely helpful & accommodating. We were looked after very well & nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms and facilities were amazing. There are a couple of restaurant , 3 were good and one ( Veda) was not so good. The service and the food were not the greatest but the other restaurants were great.

• Limited lunch options: We found the lunch options to be somewhat limited, and it would have been nice to see more variety. • Cleaning is not up to InterContinental standards: The room cleaning service could use improvement to meet the high standards we expect from the InterContinental brand. • Some stains and spots on the furniture and curtains: There were noticeable stains on the furniture and curtains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. • Limited free beach activities: While there were some beach activities, the complimentary options were limited. • The beach is rocky and not sandy: The beach itself was quite rocky, making it less ideal for those looking for a sandy shore experience.

• Good location: The resort is well-situated, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. • Great kids club: Our twins loved the kids club, which provided plenty of engaging activities and a safe environment. • Nice beach amenities: The beach amenities, such as sunbeds and umbrellas, were well-maintained and added to our relaxation. • Great breakfast: The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. • Good dinner options: Dinner at the resort offered a good selection of cuisines, ensuring we never got bored with the food.

Didn't realise how far it is from a real town - we thought we'd be able to walk to town to experience real Mauritian life.

The setting is gorgeous - very serene. Lovely to sit on the balcony or by the beaches. The staff are very hospitable. Despite being winter season, the place was very lively.

I didn’t like that some staff are not trained well and the spa massage therapist need to be trained and cut their nails. The coconut had no taste at all. The room was clean but the washroom top was not clean all times and looks old as well.

I like the beach and the room access on the ground floor i liked that kiven the relationship manager was very helpful and supportive during our stay. He was amazing

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating to meet our requests. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel was clean and perfect for all travelers, couples or families.

The Daily Cultural Program should have been scheduled and also the Options of all Inclusive of unlimited beverages alcoholic and non alcoholic should have been given.

location isn't great with a not so pleasant view towards Port Louis. While some might like to watch the constant stream of ships arriving at the port, we didn't. And the smoke from some sort of refinery was 24/7

Excellent facilities, room and food. Staff were very good on the whole and we had a tremendous stay. Water sport options were really good as well.

ants in the room and hair in the bathtub when we checked in - was pointed out to room service and front desk.

well maintained beach, rocky mostly but very picturesque and landscaping did justice to the overall landscape available. excellent entertainment in the evenings - live band and singing. good breakfast. wifi was good across the property. as we checked out extremely early and could not have the breakfast, a small packet was prepacked for us, which was a nice gesture.
