Perfect location in Birgu. A beautiful town, much more pleasant than the business of Valletta. Only 2 euro to take the enjoyable gondola ride across to Valletta. Well renovated. Amazing terrace with a stunning view of Valletta and the harbour. Perfect! A bright and comfortable apartment with great facilities, clean and so comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in the middle of beautiful Birgu. Good setup with a small kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the water. The area is very peaceful and you do feel the community with friendly neighbours greeting you. The photos don’t do this place justice.

The previous tenants were not very careful with the apartment, so at first sight it needs to get the walls painted again. They also need to do a better bathroom cleaning.

It is located in one of the three principal cities, the views of the harbour are amazing.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Had everything we needed for a short break. We hired a car but could have accessed the bus routes from here easily if we wanted to. Host was very friendly, we ate and drank at his resturant a couple of minutes walk away too. Really tasty and very reasonable. The view from the room and rooftop were both stunning. I would definitely stay here again.

the room is very humid because the building was old. the host did not prepare water for drinking we bought it ourselves but on the first page of the booking, they said they will be prepared free water for the guests. the blanket on the bed was not clean.

The location was very great. good for couples who want to go outside during the day and only use the room for sleeping. everything in the room works well.

Room needs a little renovation. We miss some dishes cookware, glasses... Nothing major. The apartment is in third flour, stairs are steep and uneven, but it is a small price for the view :)

The location is inside oldtown Birgu, narrow beautiful streets, lots of them closed for traffic. the view from the window and especially from a roof terrace was spectacular.

The only thing I would complain were very old not the cleanest towels... Really questionable. And I do not recommend kitchen pots and pans - scratched a lot (wouldn't be a bad thing if it wasn't Teflon).

Great location, very cosy narrow streets around and close to ferry to Valetta. Amazing views from balcony and roof terrace (available for all guests). Very easy contact with owner.

I didn't like few stuff, in the accomodation were no cleaning service, i was there for a 6 nights and i get no cleani g at even once, considetring it was rainy outside when get back i bring with me a lot of dirt, at some point it was a really bad. I didnt even had a cleaning equipmet ehich i can use to clean by myself

Hotel was at the historic part of the Malta with all old buildings, so it was nice.

Renald was a great host. He was friendly and responsive to our needs. The location was perfect, quiet, historical town with easy access to Valletta and elsewhere by bus or ferry. The apartment had recent renovation. The rooftop terrace gave great views of the area including the water.

We had expected to have a balcony as in our booking, so that was disappointing. It would have been nicer to have been in one of the other two rooms above, which did have balconies. There were no instructions for using the cooker and there was no kettle so we improvised with the coffee machine. Bathroom facilities were only fair, because the shower seemed to leak onto the floor all the time and the bathmat had (blood?) stains.

The apartment is in a great location in Birgu and good ferry connection to Valletta, as well as bus. Restaurants around were good. The narrow streets were lovely. The roof terrace was great, with fabulous views - we spent a lot of time up there. Nice to have access to free cold water too. Staff at the restaurant where we checked in were friendly. Overall we thought it was very good value for what we paid for 4 nights.

Shower was moldy, there were no toiletries as promised, there were no covers on the blankets, felt used, could hear everything from other rooms, saw a cocroach on staircase. We told two days in advance that our plane will be leaving early in the monding and we'd need transfer, so the staff took our info, but taxi never arrived and noone was there to give the keys back. Had to put it in postbox.

Location and view was pretty good, price os reasonable, owner's restaurant was nice and got coupons for drinks.

Lack of supermarket, grocery stores around this place.

Great view of Birgu bay, really nice and helpful host. Amenities in the apartment (iron, hair dryer, cooking equipment) and access to mineral water. The area is one of the most beautiful places in Malta and easy access to other places such as Valletta- around 20 minutes by bus.

Water boiler is very small so runs out of hot water soon. Not good if you like long hot showers.
