You do not get clean towels/bed sheets every day as it’s an apartment, but we did ask during our stay for these to be changed and we had no issues.

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, we loved it. It is located very closely to brilliant bars and restaurants and a short walk to the shops at Sliema. Very secure with the code entries. The rooftop pool is just ideal, small but was always quiet. Receptionist was very nice when checking in and very responsive during our stay.

Only very small issue was the noise from the apartment above. Not much can be done about people coming in late and walking around in high heels or boots for what appeared to me ages

This superb modern apartment is a joy to stay in. Cleaner than any apartment I’ve stayed in on my extensive travels. Everything you need for a base to see Malta. Monica our contact was fantastic. Always on call, always responds immediately, always approachable. Just gives you a sense of comfort when someone like her is a call/ text away.

The welcome by Monika was fantastic she also told you how things worked and said we could contact her during our stay for anything we needed. The apartment was a fantastic size and had everything you could possibly need while away and was also in a great location for buses and shops etc. The added bonus was the rooftop pool.

The balcony’s door is hard to open (it is not a big deal compared to the fantastic studio)

The location is fantastic, the bed and sofa are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need.

The stay was wonderful. You will find everything you need in the apartment. Oven, microwave, toaster, iron, and even a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Well soundproofing windows. Clean and cozy. A definite plus is the rooftop swimming pool with a nice view of the sea and the city. The greatest gem of this place is undoubtedly Ms. Monika - extremely helpful, friendly and takes care of all needs. Every day she greeted us with a smile and kindness. She gave advice on where and how to go and what to see. If I could give it a rating overall, it would be 11/10.

Not a dislike per se, but the private pool was cold because the sun doesnt reach it all day long. If you want to book that specific room I suggest going in August when it's hot enough. For our June trip it stayed mostly cold, but the rooftop one did the trick anyway.

The room was spacious and the top pool was super warm and fitting for our stay. Monika, the host, was very serviceable and she helped us with everything we needed including some awesome restaurant recommendations. Will return for sure.

The two televisions didn't work. A previous tenant/guest has wrecked a nearly new frying pan & needs replacing.

The apartment is very well appointed, very clean & modern, I would say almost brand new. The two large televisions should either be working or replace them with pictures/paintings. Monika is really very helpful & a delight to meet. Monika also messaged us as we landed at the airport to say our apartment was available ahead of the normal access time. The guests above our apartment were noisy & constantly dragging chairs over the tilled floor, Monika sorted that out for us. (Could felt pads be fitted to the chairs to silence them..?)

Lovely studio and location. Check in was easy and Monika was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay! Had a problem with the AC but it got fixed straight away when I mentioned it. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

I booked this property for my friends hooneymoon and they had great time. The room is very spacious and equipped also the location was amazing. The rooftop pool is also great spot for relaxing. The staff is professional, they said that Irena and Monica are very helpful and that they made their stay even better. Thank you also for a special surprise you made for the couple! Highly recommended place for visiting Malta!

The apartment is awesome, I would definitely recommend it. It is spacious, new, and modern. Really the best place I´ve ever stayed. Location is great, close to beaches, walkable distance to St. Julian, Sliema Harbour and ferry, a bus stop is just outside the apartment and the buses will take you anywhere on the island. You are in the center but still you get a good night sleep as it is a quiet street.

Our location was very good, space was adequate and clean. Bed was comfy and Netflix availability was a bonus. A Coffee cups was also nice surprise. Above it all, Monika, an asset to the place, was extremely helpful during our time there. From managing our luggage, advising places to visit and dine. This property was truly exceptional! From the check in process to the check out, it was wonderful!. To start, we had a very early flight therefore, we were at the Sliema studios early in the morning and they let us check in at 1pm instead of 4. It truly made a difference as we were tired from an early flight which was very appreciated. The level of cleaning is exceptional. The apartment was super clean and you can request cleaning throughout your stay for free. If you do request cleaning, you will be given a new set of towels and other amenities such as soap and toilet paper without any extra charge. I was a bit skeptical at first as many people have complained about the apartments not having a view, however, personally the balconies Sliema studios have are spacious. If you want to sit and watch a sunset, the beach is 2 minutes away and you can witness and enjoy the view from there. The location is very convenient as well. The bus stop is 3min it’s away where you can get the bus to literally everywhere. There is also a washing machine and a dryer! How convenient! You can ask for the washing powder from the reception which is provided upon request. Talking about the layout and amenities, all the necessary materials were provided. The interior is beautifully designed with high technology. In our studio there were 2 large tvs with cable which was amazing. Moreover, the terrace pool and relax area is beautifully designed. If you visit during summer it is a great way to refresh yourself. It isn’t too big but enough for a quick dip. In overall, this apartment and service could be rated as the best one we stayed so far. For the price, you receive exceptional service and a wonderful apartment to enjoy your stay in Malta! Highly recommended! :)
