Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe balcony was too small for two, and the views in the backyard weren't really enjoyable. The 20 euro extra for food/drinks at the property was not for breakfast ( we think that when we make the reservation), it's for lunch or dinner, only if you're bill is bigger than 50 euro, they make a discount of 20 euro. So, this "includes 20 euro extra for food/drinks" was a kind of trap. The staff from the reception was very rude, and he didn't manage our request for two invoices well. During our vacation, it was necessary to ask for soap or shower gel because they put only 2 small bottles for 5 days for two guests.
The room was quite comfortable, big enough, the bathroom was very clean and recently refurbished.

SwedenNoise from hotel's residents especially early morning, no sound proofing. Balcony was tiny. Water in the shower was strong but doesn't mix cold and hot well so one gets a stream of hot water suddenly.
Very nice room, new furniture. Very clean and tidy. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location is fantastic and central. Electricity European compatible power point.

AustriaThe rooms are rather small and you can hear everything going on in the stairs and the balcony next to you. Also the breakfast - while good and ok - was nothing special.
The location of the property is perfect within St. Julian. Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly, got some advice for restaurant, bars and sights to visit across the island.

United KingdomThe second day there was very loud drilling at 8AM, would have been nice to get that warning. Also the cleaning ladies would knock several times a day to clean, and if you just merely say "no I don't need it" through the door They don't hear it and come in anyway, once while I was changing to answer the door.
Place was very easy to find and near one of the central areas of St Julians bay. PLENTLY of shops and bars with many things to do. The room was spacious and clean.

The ratio between price and type od accomodation. Very close are beaches and restaurant, bar and shopping mall. The room was small but everything your need to stay include, fridge, boiling can, TV, WC, Wifi....

Great location, very affordable, balcony was nice. I only spent a night so didn't really get to see much of the hotel. Was quiet enough for such a busy area. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely too
