Everything was great! The staff, the room was big enough, cosy and very clean. The food was excellent. They had 2 pools at the bottom of the hotel with a lot of sunbeds, jacuzzi, and a wonderful view. Everything was excellent.

I think they could do with a bit more pressure in the showers. We had a room on the 6th floor and we weren't very impressed with this. It was workable, but could have been better. Also, I did not like the fact that, on an all inclusive package you can't have water (bottled) or fruit to snack on between meals. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have the option. And maybe facilitate access tot the sea, somehow? When travelling with children it's nice to be able to have a pathway and some sun beds close to the sea. One other thing is the evening entertainment for children. We were not able to experience that. They said around 8, but we were there at 8.30...9 even and they were barely starting to set up. We have an early riser, so we were not able to stay that late to see what was on offer.

We loved the big room and the cleanliness. Staff looking after the property from early in the morning until late in the evening, washing sidewalks, pathways and making sure everything was in good order. The food was nice, plenty of options, healthy options for children too, but also the plain fish fingers/sausages and chips and pasta for those who preferred these. We are not very fussy, so we didn't have more than water and coffee from the pool bar, so we can't rate that. We loved the room, quiet (although facing the street and the sea) and cleaned every day. We wanted a calm, relaxing time and this room was perfect for us. Reading other reviews, I saw people complaining about the lifts. I don't know if it was a busier time, but when we visited all was ok. And anyways, taking the stairs was not a problem for us and our child.

The half board eating was only available in the buffet, which was very good. But it would have been better if there were options for other restaurants in the hotel included.

The only thing that I wish was if there was more variety for breakfast as it was the same everyday but we didn’t mind this.

The hotel was very beautiful and in an amazing location! The staff were unbelievably helpful and kind which made the stay even more comfortable. The facilities were very nice as well - four swimming pools - spoilt for choice! Our cleaner Abinash Karki was the best! He treated us exceptionally well and cleaned our room to perfection. We were greeted with such intricate towel designs every day which was such a nice touch. It was my friend’s birthday trip and we were welcomed with a complementary upgrade and our room decorated in balloons! This was unexpected but made our trip at this hotel even better!!

The week we stayed , the hotel was fully booked and at times the wait for the lift was huge just to get to the room. This is not a major inconvenience though.

Exceptional Hotel and Staff! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels including Marina Bay Sands Singapore, but Odycy exceeded my expectations. It has everything you need during a family stay - Good Breakfast, Different sized pools, Kids activity area etc.. The staff made the stay even memorable. Special thanks to the House Keeping staff manager - Ajay and his staff Manjay Kumar , Ashish Panwar who were constantly checking with us if we need any help or service and guided us for local spots. We will definitely stay again here next time!

Other than the fact we didn’t want to leave the hotel to explore the island cause the hotel had so much!

Room was fabulous, as was the bathroom. So many different options for eating within the hotel and the surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet has pretty much everything you could want! The adult only pool was amazing and the indoor pool was often quiet in the evenings. Very handy too having a gift shop in the hotel! Location was great, we got a taxi to all the major areas and never paid anything over €20

Shared blanket in the king size bed, we would have preferred separate blankets. The en suite bathroom was separated with a glass wall, so using the bathroom during the night would wake the other person sleeping in the room.

Very clean hotel with many pools, the staff was very polite. We travelled during off-season and got a room upgrade for free. The room was well equipped, very comfy bed. Rooms above 4th level have a nice view, anything below however could be quite noisy as the hotel is located on a busy street. Bus stops, restaurants, excursion hires are just a few steps away. We liked the most the no kids zone pools at the top of the building with infinity pools and jacuzzi.

Main pool was busy and somewhat noisy. We found adult rooftop pool on second day, which was nice. A bit challenging to ask any question… no matter how simple you seem to get routed to service desk. Seem to wander around a lot…. Up and down as you need card from reception for poool towels…. Why not tell guests/give card on arrival

Nice hotel with good facilities. Drinks and meals were good quality and good price. Nice cocktails. Good to have drinks included with buffet evening meal. Housekeeping staff kindly decorated our bedroom for our anniversary, which was lovely. Special touch. ❤️

It was a pleasure to stay at the AX Odycy Hotel. Everything was of a high standard. Although the breakfast was the same each day, it was tasty. There are perfect pools and the chill zone at the top of the hotel. By the way the bus stop is opposite the hotel. The staff was very kind especially thanks for housekeepers Govind R and Kumari.
