Absolutely nothing!!

I could not fault this hotel on one thing. From the moment we checked in with John on reception, we were greeted with lemon scented face towels to freshen up after our flight. Then we were shown to our room which was incredibly spacious, luxury pillows and duvets which allowed us to have the best nights sleep. The breakfasts each morning were exceptional with so much to choose from. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and welcoming especially Sandju Their new pool opened in Aug, a week before we arrived so there was no shortage of sunbeds which was great. Ruwan tended to our needs at the pool every day and he made some of the nicest cocktails I have ever drank!! Not forgetting Mario on Concierge, who made sure we ate at the best restaurants in Malta. Thank you to all of the team at the Marriott hotel Malta for making it such a memorable holiday, we will definitely be back

Nothing - everything was great.

Breakfast was great- large selection of both hot and cold food, cereals, fruit, breads and cakes. The Spa and indoor pool was well designed, immaculately clean and very relaxing. Bedrooms were large and spacious with balcony and sea view. All staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that guests had everything they needed- even came round at night to check if guests needed extra towels, water etc

This was my second stay at the Marriott hotel in Malta and honestly it was so hilarious. I rent a car and even though one of the employees described how to get to the garage I couldn‘t find it. I went to the reception and asked how to get there again, as I didn‘t know what I did wrong 😄. The receptionist was so kind he took the car and drove it to the garage. We celebrated my brother‘s birthday and received the cake and wine as requested. Since that was not enough we got an upgrade as well. Dear Marriott team thank you sooo much for making our stay so wonderful! This was for sure not my last visit!

Nothing really, my only complaint would be that one day it was raining heavily so the outdoor pools weren’t ideal and children aren’t allowed in the indoor pool between 12-6pm (which we knew) but we were made to leave at 1230 but as paying guests felt that was slightly unfair especially as our child was being no trouble.

Great location, lovely helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Marriott didn’t disappoint. Professional from start to finish. Welcoming, organized and clean. The spa is spectacular and the massage for sure one of the better one I had. Also manicure and pedicure are professionally executed. Pool is big enough to spend part of the day and it incl. a pool bar serving a good selection on pool food. Super friendly staff.

This is only being very picky, but as the loo is separate to the main bathroom, a small sink for handwashing in the toilet area would be beneficial and more hygienic for guests. Rooms were expensive, but we did book quite late and in August!

We had a Superior Room which was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely selection of items at breakfast and super quality. Staff really friendly and although they couldn't possibly know names as a smaller hotel would, we were recognised over the stay and they still made the effort to visit the table at breakfast most days and check how your stay was going. Service all very prompt. Location is fabulous - directly on Balluta Bay and just seconds from bus stops, restaurants, cafes, an excellent dive centre, small beach, bank and pharmacies and is easy to get everywhere you might want to go. It's nicely busy in the evening but certainly not clubby or noisy for those that need to know! The rooftop pool is pretty small and was busy with children so we sometimes used the peaceful indoor pool, which in the afternoons is adults-only with sauna/steam room etc. We didn't realise until later that they have a much larger outside pool just across the street (signs are by the check-in/Concierge desk) but I think this is new. All in all a really excellent stay - I wouldn't normally stay in a large hotel but we would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The city view was awful. I was so disappointed to see construction work. The whole view was so unattractive. For this view, the price of the room should've been cheaper.

Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice food too. All the staff very helpful. Slightly disappointed with the beds. They seemed to be small doubles so a bit small for us. Mattresses comfy though. Swam in all 3 pools. Very nice.

Bonvoy membership was confusing we were unsure if we were being charged for water and WiFi which for an expensive hotel we expected to be complimentary. This is one small criticism for an otherwise fantastic hotel.

Everything was perfect

Perfect for a family vacation. The hotel stuff is super friendly and is always willing to help. There are 3 swimming pools, which means they are not overcrowded. The breakfast buffet is generous. The location is perfect close to everything but not too noisy.

The parking voucher system. The breakfast standard has dropped slightly. We miss the morning smoothies, the salad options looked a bit tired and the Maltese pastries very dry

Unfortunately, the corridors weren't vacxumed at all.which was pretty unpleasant. Towels.was a game.of.luck - hand towels.were only provided on the first day, at some.point we had two.lrge towels a d two smaller.towels.foe a room occupied by three people. The minibar was not clean and never stocked despite the fact that a deposit was held for.it.

I would.like to commend Sanju from the marketplace.for her work.

Amazing staff and Manager Alex. Stayed for our 10th anniversary and the Manager Alex really went next level to make it an unforgettable stay. Amazing time! We can’t think of anything bad from check-in to check-out (regretting till now). If you look to spend your beloved time together, Marriott Malta is the choice.

I have no negative comments for this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Perfect location. Amazing staff - professional, helpful and smiling. They made us an amazing surprise for our anniversary - thank you very much for this, we were totally surprised! The rooms are comfortable and clean. A breakfast buffet has an incredible range of food and drink, definitely something for everyone. The hotel has also two outdoor pools (the rooftop pool is wonderful) and one indoor. All in all perfect :)

Was up sold a suite that had noisy aircon and felt small and not as nice as the room we originally booked. We moved after 1 night back to our original room as we had not slept well and even though we were told we would not be charged for the extra premium for the room they still took payment - not impressed. Pool crowded and Spa needs TLC very unloved.

Location was excellent, staff helpful room was lovely with perfect views of the Bay. M lounge was excellent with very attentive helpful happy staff.

Pool very small and busy but new additional pool under construction. Poolside bar more snacks (toasties/sandwiches) for lunch. Wardrobe space limited for more than 2 in bedroom
