Unfortunately, we were not lucky with our neighbors - extremely noisy during the night.

Perfect location - near to everything. Very easy and nice to communicate with the host. Clean apartment with all you need.

86 Spinola Bay was really superb, the living area is very spacious, much larger than it looks on the photos! And the view from the balcony is really lovely. Only 10 min walk to lively Paceville but very peaceful at night. Ruth our host was great and sorted us some beach towels for our day out on the coast.

The only downside, was that the e-mail for which apartment we were in, arrived on the day that we left for Malta, but we left at 3am, so I did not get the message and for some reason, it did not come up on my Booking.com app, so when we arrived, we were a bit lost as to which apartment it was and how to gain access. This was solved quickly though after a phone call to Ruth. Maybe the e-mails could be send the day prior.

Location was fantastic. The view from the balcony was superb. The apartment was large, clean, comfortable etc. Showers great. Everything was wonderful.

The soundproof of the apartment was not the best and you could hear the outside noises.

The apartament was lovely with a very nice view of the St. Julian golf. Very clean and with all the needed facilities.

There is nothing specific that we didn't like. Maybe the wind on the terrace which could be fixed by adding some more plexiglass "wall".

Location is excellent. Apartment is big and cosy. The terrace and the sea view are fabulous.

After our beach day, we all wanted to shower and wash our hair before dinner. The hot water boiler holds a good amount of water, but whoever showers last might get the last bit of the hot water and then has to end with a cold shower.

The property exceeded our expectations! It was super easy to get to from the airport (the island is small, get a Bolt & it won't break the bank!). You get a door code to get into the apartment and it's much bigger than it seems on the pictures. The sea view is breathtaking during the day and also at night. Even with parties going on right downstairs, it's not loud once the balcony door is closed. We loved waking up to the view, sitting outside, sipping coffee, and eating breakfast. Ruth thought of everything, you can find a toaster, kettle, cutlery, knife, plates, mugs and wine glasses in the kitchen. Each room is set with an AC, so we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. The shower's water pressure is good and can be adjusted with a button. There was so much storage space in each bedroom and the living room, with a great-sized TV for movie nights. The apartment is perfectly located between bus stops if you want to travel to other parts of the island (Valetta, Sliema, Mdina, Blue Lagoon). If you are a group, getting a Bolt to locations might be cheaper than each getting a 2.50€ bus ticket. We walked to the local Welbees supermarket to buy groceries for breakfast, tea and coffee. It definitely felt like home for the few days we stayed there. Highly recommend! Tip: Check out the Maltese restaurants next to the property, if you like the menu, make sure to book a table for dinner in advance.

Everything about the apartment - the location, the facilities, the large balcony overlooking the bay. Excellent in every way including the assistance given by Ruth and Essam.
