The WIFI reception was poor every where in the property except in the lounge.

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was never crowded with plenty of sun loungers. A great selection of restaurants within a ten minute walk.

Apartment D8 Nice spacious apartment typically of the modern Maltese style with lounge and kitchen at the front and bedrooms at the back. Great balcony. Also a great location easy walk to Marsalforn.

About the accomodation, nothings.

The apartment and the building were cleaned, and welcoming. I received lots of communication about accessing the accommodation, checks, and practice to be aware about the area. Although I had few issues with the apartment, they were all rectified within a day. The accomodation was really spacious, and bright. I will definitely rent a car at this location. The shared swimming pool was of a good size, in a beautiful surroundings

Spacious and clean apartment. The pool was excellent, perfect for our young family. Easy walk into town and the little corner shop that stayed open late was a life saver. Parking garage was very convenient. Great communication from the staff.

We had apartment on the 5th floor and lift was out of service. After all day in the sun the climb to the apartment was the last thing you want. If someone has heart or mobility issues that would be a challange.. No clear instructions how to turn on dishwasher to work or other kitchen equipment. There was small electric switch not cleary labelled what for is it. We found out on our last day by mistake😅. Matterace on big bed was uncomfortable i think it needs to be replaced. There was big hole on one side.Felt like on water bed.

Lot of space, modern and very clean. We had 2 bathrooms which waa great wirh 4 people and 2 balcons, One with view on the see.☺️.All equipment needed was there. Pool small but enough to relax. Kids had lots of fun. Overall we had great time and really happy from our stay.

The unit was on the ground floor with no view. It was dark and damp and did not depict the picture on airbnb. It was not at all easy to find the unit when we arrived and access to get the key we needed assistance. Whilst the agent did explain to us what to do her instructions were not adequate. It would have been a better experience if the agent would have met us at the property. The service was disappointing.

The unit was perfect and clean on arrival. The pool towels were exceptional. The bath towels were fine. I liked the free WiFi and Airconditioner. The pools was also very nice and clean.

They block €200 as deposit on your bank account. There is no flexibility in the cleck-in and check-out time. There are warnings in the apartment that if towels are missing or the dishes are not washed, how much money they change. They asked us to take out the garbage in front of the building. These ruin a bit the holiday experience.

All important amenities were provided (except for shower gel & shampoo). The swimming pool area is quite nice. The city where the apartment is located is a good place to stay in Gozo.

The parking provided was being used by other residents in the block which became unconfortable as I have young children. Other than that it was perfect.

Great straight forward apartment that provides you with all the basics for a nice stay in Marsalforn, Gozo. Highlights were the view, overall cleanliness and parking in the apt block.

The most stressful and troublesome was the deposit - 200 euro is blocked on credit card by their private website, on a case of any destructions. I could understand it if during the check out somebody check the apartment and if everything is ok, your money is unlocked. But the problem is that nobody check the apartment with you and the money will return until a few days later. Additionally, the weird things were the annoucements on the walls about prices for the things you did't clean (for ex. 50 euro kitchen) or lost towels. Even I am very carefully about any apartments I stay, that things caused I feld uncomfortable.

Apartment was very spacious, kitchen was good equipped. The area and street were quiet. I had a car so the most valuable for me was the garage with dedicated place.
