We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MaltaI came at 2 AM ,I already paid and the receptionist's told me ,i came very early and i explained it to booking.com and they told me is not guarantee ,but euroclub will make sure,the accomodation u.but i paid extra night which I was never expecting it.and my budget was not up to that.i was very disappointed by that action from there.
The place is a good one ,nice pool.

SlovakiaThe facility service meet all our expectations, it is a fair value for the paid money I would say. The breakfast was good, even though during our stay (5 nights) there was no change in the variety of served breakfast. Our room was always clean (room service every day) but we read about cockroaches before our stay and they are REAL. We found one bigger in the hallway and one smaller in our room - thanks god on our last day of stay. One more thing to add, there was a nice new TV but no channels available.

CroatiaThe air condition system cannot be controled by the room guests, it is controled from the reception desk. Despite we have been told there was a phone in the room with reception on a speed dial, there was no phone at all. There was just one night when it was a bit too hot to sleep, so we opened the balcony door and spreaded the curtains. It was not a big issue for us now in May, but this may be a serious undergo during July and August. There was a tea/coffee making facility in the room but without any cups or glasses provided. The place needs some refurbishment. Outdated curtains are ruining the image.
The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Irena. They made us feel like welcome and pleasant. The swimming pool is amazing. The location is great. It is less than 100 metres away from the bus station where you can catch buses to almost everywhere around Malta, Gozo and Comino. There are also plenty of shops, caffe bars and restaurants around, so you will have everything you need just in a short walking distance. The cleaning staff do their job properly. Fresh towels and bed sheets provided every day. There is a balcony at the room. And finally, the price. I believe for this price we could not get anything better and it is a good deal generally.

Not the nicest hotel, but conveniently located. Good food at the restaurant downstairs. Cleaning staff though was excellent.

SerbiaOther guests at the hotel were really loud every single day and night, at night especially, they would wake me up at 3 o’clock during the night and the staff did not do absolutely nothing about it. The staff at the restaurant were also pretty rude for no reason, i was grabbing a glass (plastic) of water and wanted to take it to my room because at the moment we didn’t have any drinking water left, and the employee basically yelled at us even though the plastic cup was waste and was going to be thrown to trash anyway.
The rooms are pretty clean, the pool was warm, the food was pretty fresh and plenty of choice for everyone’s taste.

United KingdomCould hear (not loud)) the bar downstairs, kareoke and singers but finished by 1am. Keep windows closed. Hotel does allow large group it seemed. At end of holiday thankfully, there was a youth group trip, 15 or so teenagers 18/19 yrs very loud and boisterous in pool. Just pot luck...
Location was great, 2 minutes from bus station, good restaurants, seafront and supermarket round the corner. Attached bar Watson's is busy, upbeat family friendly.
